TH with all due respect this is forum is kind of a mess. You have 11 pages of responses to open discussion on what should be a focused round table. I understand that you're trying to do your best but what you're looking at is the consequence of the closure of the discussion board.

Probably too late at this point but the discussion boards did have value even if they were abused form time to time and it would be nice to see them back.

Given the choice between style over substance. I'll take a sandwich.

  • Warping 100m+ when dismounting.

  • I want a email when resources shifts and my harvesters are doing nothing, or when they're out of maintance and/or power.

  • Armor holes, one hit kills is NOT fun and they will always exist as long as armor holes do.

  • Let a entertainer set a listening/watch-fee, so when you select watch/listen the customer gets a "Do you want to pay 50cr to listen to xxx?". The group leader of a band can set the band fee and all members share the profit.

  • Fix combat strategies, what you are doing aren't fixing the main problem - Spamming one (or two) skills to win. Timers is the best way to go in my opinion. Make skills stronger, but at the same time with a recharge time before you can use them again.

  • Slow bazaar (waiting 10 minutes is NOT acceptable)

  • Chimaera stability (probably the other servers too, but I don't play them)

  • Fix missions, a lvl 80 mission can be worth 2k and another lvl80 mission can be worth 15k.

  • Fix missions #2, a lvl 80 mission 3000m away can be worth 2k and a lvl80 mission 400m away 15k.

  • Let me select what direction for the missions to be, and a difficulty slider to make them a few levels harder.

  • Entertainer missions are USELESS, at least close to useless.

  • GCW bugs. Most exploiting wins right now. Losing 50k FP buildings to an exploiter ain't fun.

  • To many bugs for me to remember ...

Star Wars Cybernetics

This is some Star Wars cyberntics from the Pen and Paper Star Wars RPG (WEG), is there any possibility of seeing something like this in the game?I think it could make a nice additon as a kind of semi-permanent doctor buffs, but much more expensive and with use-based decay.

  • Neuro-saav Coporation cardi-muscular package - Should give increased stamina and strength by cybernetic enhancment of mucles and heart.
  • Geneering Response-improvement packade - Replaces normal reflexes. Should give better quickness.
  • Neurosaav Hifold sensory package - Improves eyesight and hearing. Would make it possible to see and detect enemies at larger distances.
  • Neuro-saav Hi-sense enhanced eyes - IR-vision, makes vision better at night and easier to detect warm blooded opponents at greater distances.
  • Bio-tech neuro-shock hand - Prostetic hand with extra unarmed stun damage.
  • Control zone repulse-hand - Prostetic hand with built in repulsors making it possible to knockdown an opponent with a wave of the hand. Should give a bonus to unarmed knockdown moves, perhaps making it possible to make knockdowns every 20 sec in unarmed combat? Increases the range of unarmed knockdown.
  • Biotech Borg construct AJ^6 - This is the thing Lobot has on his head in SW:ESB. It is a small computer linked to the brain, making thinking quicker and more logical. Also makes it more easy to communicate with computers. Should give Focus bonus and help when using slicing to slice into a base computer and other computer interaction. Could possibly give a bonus to droid engineering since it also make it possible to link with and work with droids easierandalsomake it possible to control extra droids simultaneously. Should give some extra datapad storage. One of the more expensive cyber-enhancements.
  • Replacement prostetics - hard to implement. Perhaps it would lower the risk of wounds, but at the cost that wounds have to be repaired by a droid engineer instead of being healed or perhaps it could be used as a way for Cyberneticists to heal wounds.
  • Swift 78B vessel courier system - A hidden built in data storage device made to carry information. Should increase the datapad storage of the owner.

It should take several professions components to build (droid enginer, doctor, bio engineer and master artisan)since they are so complex and should be assembledby bio engineers(maybe some parts firsthave to be assemble by a droid engineer)and laterinstalled by doctors (at leasta master surgeon). After being installed it cannot be removed other than by dying. If not insured they need to be reinstalled by a doctor again (after having been lootedfrom the old corpse)before being able to use it. Once installed on one person it can never be installed in another person, even if retrieved from a corpse. Should possiblyrequirethat the character uses a small quantity of energy to keep them working andbut still suffers slow use based decay making them useable only for a couple of weeks at most. These should be minor buffs and should work simultaneously with other buffs. All cybernetics should be very expensive in production and should be able to suffercritical failure at both creation andinstallation (at each installation if not insured and having to re-install). Failure at installation should give serious wounds, successful installation also gives wounds, but a smaller amount.

An additional idea would be that cyborg could use energy to make the enhancments work inan "overcharge" mode and making them perform even greater during this short period but at the cost of additional decay during the "overcharge" period and at a high energy cost.

The more cybernetic parts a character have, the less he is affected by spice, food and doctor buffs since his mechanical systems are not affected by these organical substances. In essenace he has traded away the ability to get higher buffs for more semi-permanent lesser buffs.

Wounds received while having cybernetics installed can hurt the cybernetic parts. If such wounds occur then the damage must be repaired by a droid engineer or the wounds wont go away.

So, anyone have any ideas or comment on this? Any Dev comments? I didmake several posts about this on both the beta boards and the now closed Discussion forum, but the only DevcommentIgot then was in beta andthat it could possiblybea nice future feature. So,would not this be a nice feature to add now?

I'll throw in mine as well if I can have a "Cycle through the MOBs that are attacking me" key.
Nothing worse than standing in a crowded area while being attacked by 3 or 4 MOBs, but you can't cycle through them fast enough because you have to work your way through the other 20 or so that aren't attacking you. Even worse when you think you have the right one targeted but end up shooting something that would have left you alone until you shot it. Naturally, it brings several of its friends.

I'm sure I can come up with a few other kingdoms to give you for a "Target Player" key.

I'd like to see Rori get a little more population. (This may go for Talus as well)

Rori is a very quiet moon. The npc towns are nearly vacant most times. There are few player cities and very little action.

I think a huge step would be to open Starport Travel destinations to and from Rori.

The only way to get to or from Rori is through Naboo. This basically makes it a galactic cul-de-sac. If we could get possibly travel to Tatooine or maybe Corellia, I think things would improve greatly.

Perhaps Rori could get to Naboo and Tatooine, while Talus could get to Naboo and Corellia?

I'd imagine this would help server performance as well by diverting some traffic away for the over-populated inner worlds.

Please consider this, Keh' Icoh

Hearing about the space expansion before DE development road map, let alone fixes, would just be another insult to injury. If the space expansion INCLUDED those new features to DE, our patient would in critical condition and the family would be preparing to sue for malpractice.

TH, back in November you said you would post in the BH forum with info about fixes forour profession. It never happened. What is the current status on the various droid fixes, player bounties, and bringing us up to par in the way of defenses?

Bounty Hunter Droids Need Fixing

Thunderheart it is going on a few weeks now that bounty hunter is suppose to be able to track and kill jedi with the tef system. You guys put in a patch where bounty hunter get a tef for holding saber but forgot to include the part about bounty hunters not able to track bounty hunters and 9 out of 10 times the jedi missions are not the name they are suppose to be. When can we expect this to be fix because the Bounty Hunter Community is growing impatient. We have been through nerf after nerf with your guys updates. We have no kind of protection against the umber pvp templates like TKA/SWORDSMAN which if you look all over the forums they are almost impossible to hit. So what is going on with Bounty Hunter. I as well as we the BH have been patient with the developers nerfing us and nerfing us and not thinking as us as a real profession. Now we ask when are we getting some love and when do we get fixed because it is time to fix us and these droids.

TH, I know you guys are busy, but Wookiees are in need of some serious rebalancing. The thread about this ( http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=Development&message.id=635248 in the Discussion forum is no longer available for comment, but there were over 11,000 views, and 45 pages with over 1,000 responses. None of these were flames, save for a few people who thought that 300 extra HAM was "good enough" to counter 90% composite armor.

Please please PLEASE fix the Wookiees. It's getting ridiculous, we're becoming the galaxy's biggest joke, easier to kill than even the mid-level starter planet creatures.

Corrections above. I only disagree with the idea of protection. I just want droids fixed. I have yet to experience a significant probelm with our lack of defenses as long as we retain working dizzies and knockdowns. If those get nerfed further, then I ask for defenses .
