not neccesarily... like it was said before... the decision chew made to walk around in his own naked glory is his own... CHEWBACCA isnt the galaxy mascot of wooks u know...


besides, have u seen him in the game? hes a runt compared to the majority of the wookiees

True, I'm just saying as much as fighting as Chewie and the others did with the rebellion, you figure they would want some armor. Then again, thats the movies, this is a game, and in the movies, even the stormtroopers seemed to fall when hit by a blaster, i always found that odd, since its suppost to be armor. Oh well.....Go Wookies is all i can say! I want my dang Mandalorian Armor now!

Sure it LOOKS cool, but I'd hate to see the crap they put us armorsmiths through to gather the materials for this stuff. Anyone remember R.I.S. armor? That's been around for a long time now and NO ONE has a good suit because it's next to impossible to get all the needed materials and once you do the protections aren't worth it. I know I'm being skeptical but I believe I have a reason to be. These people have a history of hyping things up and then sputtering out the front gate. (Battle Droids?) They made the other Wookie armor easy enough to make but it's pretty much just advanced Chitin armor for Wookies. The higher you ask for the protections to be, the more impossible it will be for us armorsmiths to make and the more expensive it will be. Hope they acctually help you guys out this time. Well the armor is a great addition to the Wookiee. Last night I soloed a nest of Kimogilias. At one point I had 3 adults and 1 hatchling on me.. It was awesome. I was fully buffed, had 53 % kinetic armor 2 brandies and Synthsteak. I took almost no damage.


I then fought my TKA/MCH Bro. It was interesting. He won the first round. He was unarmored I had my armor on. Both of us fully buffedI never could get up. It really stunk but he had no mind left for a good 2 minutes. I just could not get up at all.I think it might have been a bug because the next round I smoked him as his dizzys only kept me down for a while and I got up and slammed his mind. With the power hammer.. Maybe defense is busted on the scythe..


Anyway the armor is a good start..

Cool.. cant wait to see what it looks like on Test Centre... the consept art for the first on did not impress me ...but when i saw it on Test Centre..i had to get on....this looks alot better...cant wait to get it

The Armor looks GREAT!!! Kinda like samouri Armor...U should see my wookie friend in the armor with his polearm....if it wasnt for all the hair i would swear he was japanese....ROTFLMAO.....

This armor shouldn't be craftable only by wookiees. When is the last time you saw a female wookiee?

I haven't seen one in months!!! When's the last time you've seena Wookiee armorsmith? I don't think I've EVER seen one.

Not all the servers are the same. On some there's not many Wookiees left. To make the armor craftalbe only by Wookiees would mean that we'd have to wait around months for Wookiees to drop their professions, find good resources and learn how to make decent armor. Don't think many would do that.

Really strange how many people really think they are experts in FICTION!

Some things I remember... KOTR was set 3000 years before Episode 1, a lot of things could have changed since then.

Can't remember any movie in which it was stated, that Wookies are always NAKED besides their fur (and I haven't read any books)

...and a Wookie ALWAYS looks somehow like a tree, no matter what he wears.


...and... WHAT FUN WOULD A GAME WITH A STATIC FICTION BE?!



(right...should have kept my fingers to myself, but I dislike those Trekkie nerds not beeing able to have fun without starting some useless discussion about some "facts", which in fact are only fiction )

Well, at least it won't make the wookies look like Winnie the Pooh or worse yet, Ewoks....this set actually looks fierce....like the Wookies themselves.....


But still...this is a concept I'm having to get used to..and I play humans on Lowrca and Shadowfire....!

I see no need for Chewie to walk around in armor, and anyone examined him? Give me the medium armor rating he has, and I would walk around in just my fur also.
