The server im in is alot emptier the past few days, GOOD JOB DEVS looks like many are stopping to play and probably going ot cancel accounts.

Ok i think i now why Thunderheart or the other DEV's haven't responded to this and that is because they are all in counseling over all the private hate tells they are getting and the hate in this thread i can just see it now the counselor asks Thunderheart.........." and how doesn't it make you feel when they call you Blunderheart?"
Mean while Q-3P0 is sitting in the sun on a nice beach somewhere having a drink laughing to himself....." geez i got out just in time those poor bastards they'll be dying back there, at least i can still put on my resume that SWG was still up and running when i was there lol "

It appears the DEV team has set up TH for failure. They have reigned him in from interaction with the community. On numerous occasions they have let him say there were no stealth nerfs or changes, but within two hours he has to rescind that claim. Now I am not saying he has no blame. He is either really trying to help the players of this game and the originial team is screwing him or he is just tyring to climb the ladders of SOE. Lastly at a period of turmoil in the game he is not here to answer our questions or convince us the path they have chosen is right. DId they send him home early?
This weekend has been one big black mark on the SOE name. I wont buy another game from SOE. I was thinking the game being developed by SOE was going to be better than the game being developed by the company that is named after a snow storm. If this is the level of service and respect the DEVs give in SOE then I cannot help pay their salaries.
Two things keep me here 1. Friends 2. Star WarsEpisode 4-6 timeline. Every day fewer and fewer of my friends log on 
With every Jedi publish the game diverges from the timeline. I never liked the Episode 1 and 2 movies so I dont want to play in that time.

I had to cancel my account, I have till August 9th.
Lets reflect...
- Coorespondent Summit = more waste of money
- Coorespondent Summit = more waste of money
- Problems could have been adverted had you stuck to your guns and not what the bullsh!t that people in finance/accounting departments demeed best
- Liar Liar pants on fire... in this case, the whole devs community should be feeling a hot sensation on their asses tomorrow
- You had the most loyal community.... had being the key word...
- Nobody is to blame but yourselves
- No sympathy for Thunderheart, since he got a raise and we got screwed, go whine to people who think you make a difference.. cause nobody here cares.. I wonder how you sleep at night after lieing to the faces of all those people at Fanfest....(that goes for the other devs too)
- Every gaming magazine is getting a courtesy letter from forum members the next few weeks to discuss the "Lies of SWG", what a good story to drive down the PR of SOE and make other MMORPGs look attractive.
- For any Dev who thinks they are right on this matter, and want to blame the community or give us some "snooty" response.... in the words of Mr. T in Rocky III... "Screw you sucka"
- It's sad when you see those people who go to Star Wars conventions dressed up cancel their accounts for this game. Iheard about 2 of them doing it today.... if they are leaving, and they are that dedicated, whats that to say about the rest of the population??

Never has so much hate been witnessed on these boards.
Ill like to give the devs, especially TH, who i have absolutely no sympathy for ( you most probably saw this coming, just chose to LIE out right ), a big fat award for being able to stir up a record level of resentwithin the community in a single post. The devs have been either been lieing, or lacked the intelligence to see what this "combat rebalance" meant for the community. The combat rebalance gave many people hope and this hope has been ripped to shreds. "Great Expectations", ironic really.
A bunch of 3 year olds would be able to make smarter decisions than this bunch.

I sent an email to gamespy(i believe it was their grudge department) and within 24 hours I have allready recieved and email from one of thier emplyees stating :
It's interesting that they're pulling people out of the mainline Galaxies development to start hammering on the expansion. I've passed this on to the news guys and we'll see if we can follow up.
I wont state who the person was that contacted me but hopefully this is a good sign from an outside party that may help influence SOE to reconsider. So to those who have debated whether sending emails to reviewers reconsider someone will notice.

There's a good reason (several, in fact) why "Star Wars Galaxies" was nominated as the "Coaster of the Year" by several gaming mags when it went retail.
Pity so little has been done to rectify that.
No matter how many pretty pictures you hang in your rooms or what bright cheery colors you paint your house, that doesn't make up for the fact that the foundation is severely warped and being eaten from the inside out by termites.

Guys, What thunderheart means is, EVERYONE GO JEDI, WERE HANDING IT TO YOU ANDONA ***EDIT*** PLATE!!!
So if everyones jedi, no one will complain because the devs love jedi (3-9% of the player base)
I cant wait to try a jedi, i been playing since launch, and it seems fun, but mass jedi, seems like touble

I'm telling you guys something is prolly going on behind the scenes. Some of the posts are way outta line or way over the top in criticism. Not saying I disagree what has been said just saying this thread would have been deleted long ago. So I do feel someone is reading and watching. What that means... who knows. Prolly does not mean anything. Never before have I seen the community come together like this to voice their displeasure about something. It should speak volumes and SOE should re-evaluate what they are choosing to do.
The best thing about SWG is that the 3 disc set turns into a nice set of drink coasters. I have said on more than one occasion...

But yet again the paying community is let down time after time. This whole thing might be different if it was some new feature being added to the game but were talking bout core components of the game that have been botched since day 1!!!! Why do we even have this discussion board if SOE and the dev's don't even take the opinions of its customer base. We talk about real issues such as 75% pvp reduction for CM's, Jedi running around everywhere hunting overts for rank, the non-existant GCW, crappy loot, broken professions... IE smuggler/BH/Ranger... ect, and what have SOE and the devs given us..... 2 droid publishes - which didnt add a damm thing to the game that was useful, Holocrons - yeah ya scored one for the team there, ID revamp - WTH!!!, player cities, mounts, and here recently 2 publishes for jedi.
Why it is that all this other crap is developed and implemented but problems that have been here since day 1 remain? Why is that.? Why is it that the community complains for months about a CM's throwing distance and in a matter of week or so its fixed or rather addressed? If it was easy to correct why wait so long to address it. When you add it all up it sounds like total incompetance to me... This game is dead and nothing will change that now.
