K, first off, I've had experiences with various retailers coveringall possible"colors" of the customer service spectrum during my life and I have found that it's counterproductive (and quite pointless) to sit around fuming in some group-think froth on a web forum. Second, it's no use bursting a vein over a stupid video game. I don't know about your life pal, but in mine I can in a few seconds find much bigger things to worry about than whether or not the village turned today.

Hmmm, why yes, yes I would actually. I like the game. If you find it so utterly frustrating, just leave and don't let the door hit ya where the good Lord split ya'. You *will* keep very busy calling everyone suck-up's that actually has fun playing SWG and is willing to wait out however long it takes for the silly village phase to progress. Starting flame wars seems to be about all these boards are worth and I have a much better time playing SWG when I don't even read these. I'll tell you something else, If I were one of the SWG team I would relish in an opportunity to drop a piece of meat like TH's comment above into this pirrahna filled tank of a web forum.
Peace.

Nerj wrote:WHY? Because a number of players were using vendors as their personal storage station. They were NOT using them as intendedand are overloading the databases, blame them for the change.Whoa there partner.... people were using vendors as storage because SOE nerfed house storage limits. Same reason you'll find 50000000000000 factories around the outskirts of "The Village". People need a place to store stuff, and SOE keeps taking those ways away from us. Don't blame the end-user for coming up with their own storage solution, one year later, because people got tired of waiting for SOE to get off the pot and produce a solution.
As a master doctor I have to use factories to store stuff, since I have such a variety of stuff to make with quite a few specific resources. God save the weaponsmith or armorsmith. Plus I have to have -another- factory just to produce things, since the first factory will get full.
Note: Input hoppers on crafting stations also count against the house storage limit.
It would be nice if they fixed the safety deposit box exploit (which worked last time I checked) and allowed houses to store more stuff. Then being able to store things in in-house storage units would be useful.

What a bunch of BS!
Patience is sometimes warrented if one expects to get an answer.
The problem is that you and the DEV team have consistently proven that patience does nothing.
I remember there being many hundreds of complaint messages regarding the Corvette over the span of months with not a single DEV response or acknowledgement.
I remember the same thing for the Death watch bunker.
I remember something like eight months of people calling for a fix to the hermit quests before an acknowledgment was forthcoming.
We are still waiting for an acknowledgement of the problem (let alone an indication of whether it was intended) regarding the fact that POIs only spawn once at server reset (leaving nearly all POIs empty by the time anyone on the West coast wakes up).

I guess you missed it. so I'll tell you. CSR's Do not Answer Questions, they are here to help enforces the rules for the game, they are NOT here to answer questsion about how to play the game, why something was or was not done, or are they here to play the game for you. If you have questions you bring it to the forums. One of the reason why wait times are as long as they are, is because of people like yourself that do not under stand this.
And insist on sending in tickets time and time again asking them Questions about how to play the game or why something was done. They do not know and they should not even tell you if they do know!
So as you a jedi you should play the game rather then asking.
Ummmm....
CSR stands for "customer service representative."
It does not stand for "game rule enforcer who will not provide customer service."

TH, you are very right for the statement.....but I fell in the dark side because of you...so patience is no longer my virtue, but hatred, anger, emotion...
