Ouch, starports still 10 minutes? I was under the impression all travel would be 5 minutes. Also, were is them mention of any starport to any starport?

It will also allow Mind to be removed as a special damage type and place equal emphasis on Health, Action and Mind pools for both abilities and damage.

The third aspect is the Profession Balance. Once the underlying core systems for combat (weapons, damage & HAM) are balanced it will be possible to look at all combat professions and balance them in a way that emphasizes each of the professions roles in combat and to give purpose to each individual player as well as reasons for choosing various profession combinations in groups. This includes a skill mod balance, skill tree progression tweaks, combination stacking, special abilities (existing and some new) and overall difficulty.




So ummmm........what happened to this then? Yes they said the main balance will happen over a few months, but I think we were all expecting at least a few combat fixes....very, very dissapointing




Keep up, they moved this to publish 10 and announced that 2 weeks ago.

The STARPORT wait is what we've been bitching about since day 1.

WHAT? only reducing the time on Shuttleports to 5 mins? Who the hell cares about shuttleports, LOWER THE TIME ON STAR PORTS! I use a shuttleport once a month. Lets be real here people.

So all the while between NOW and the "SE" pack.... we have to sit and wait and do nothing? What if something goes wrong with the SE and it takes another year to launch? Why make us wait now for something that isn't even here? When the SE is here, then you have a valid point (*maybe*), but right now... with no SE... this is a dumb point you are making. I guess you enjoy standing around 10 minutes doing nothing? Great for you, but I think it stinks.

I agree, who cares about those soddin' shuttles, never use the damn things.... its the stupid starports we want reduced (to ZERO minutes imo) and that moronic travel via corellia.... immersion my wookieelike backside!


droids.... how nice, wonder if they will turn up longer than that stupid blastromech droid we only saw for 2 days.. (after that we all agreed they are more then useless, and noone uses them anymore)..

Yep, this is very underwhelming. DE modules, some bug fixes that shouldn't have even made it live, and of course the cop-out on shuttle wait times....

I can't wait till the Sony brass realizes that these devs are literally throwing away millions of dolars a month (if not tens of millions) via their incompetence.....

Ahhh... but for those of us who help keep certain websites this could help tremendously stats and waypoints or not. Who wants to pay to get to endor only to find out nothing has changed since the last person was there? Not saying more info is bad, just that I don't see less info being bad either.

Sounds cool I'm sure the droids will get tweaked while they are on test server if they are too slow or not useful enough.


I probably hoped for more in this patch for other professions but it seems you have put a lot of effort into getting more interesting droids into the game. It will be interesting to see what other professions get for their revamps.

Does this mean that you have fixed the bug with vehicles sometimes losing all the health, after stored, that you have legitimately repaired? I think that needs to be fixed before the transport bug.

Lets face it:


The devs promise us great stuff month after month just to take out the stuff we want right before the publish ansd give us a huge pile of crap no one ever asked for and 4 friday features to make us belive the BS they pushed on is would be something we really wanted.


Droid invasion? LOL there was done NOTHING to fix DEs. No shuttle time reduction, no combat fixes, no fixing CMs which utterly destroy any PvP, no quest fixes, no fixes of all those little bugs we complain about since beta.


JUST BS AND CRAP TO ANNOUNCE BIG ON THEY #!@%!^ HOMEPAGE TO LURE EVEN MORE PLAYER IS THIS HUGE PILE OF CRAP THEY PROMISED US TO BE SO GREAT SINCE 2000 AND BROKE EVERY SINGLE PROMISE THEY MADE.



Yes, i defended this **edit**ing game for 4 years and told everyone the devs will fix it and know what they do, but they are to stupid to even see that a mindpoisonof 800 damage per tick for a whole party makes any combat impossible.


And im sure their forum gestapo wont need more than 5 minutes to delete my post like they do with any negativefeedback which is too emotional to just ignore it.


The devs give a **edit** about what we want, otherwise we would get a working PvP system without having to wait for some publish in fall, would have languages which have a point to use and wouldn't have to waste up to HOURS each day standing at shuttleports waiting for shuttles. If the devs think that is fun you know they never really played their own **edit**ing game.
