hey i diddnt get an invite. but i want one. im stationed in korea in the us army. this game has given me and a few friends a nice break from the routine.

probably before the stress test in october. oct 6 ia the projected date for that, but who knows maybe they'll lift it sooner.
More likely during the stress test when everyone recieves the gold version before the publish. When the game hits gold theres no need for a NDA anymore, as what the testers will be seeing will be what is going to be released.

No offense, but I didn't meet a single person at fanfest that hasn't had 1, 2, and some crazy person 25 accounts since june. So, you're not so special. Not only are fanfests veteran players/payers, but they're very dedicated people to the game, that attended meetings and focus groups for 3 days straight at a HUGE cost out of pocket for travel, lodging, and for those of us with significant others who aren't gamers we slept on the couch for weeks after. They are also people, who on the average,aren't just wanting in JTL for the "free trial", or to gather info for their very popular website (heh heh).

Dude fan fest wasnt worth the beta. Its was like 400 dollars or more to go. Thats not worth a month or less of a free game. We went because we loved star wars and SWG too, the free beta was a plus.

Why when I try tu sign up for Beta Test I am entering my login and pass and I am redirected to the window where I should enter... my login and password

I recieved my invitation early this morning at... Thu, 9 Sep 2004 07:30:55 -0700. I thank the SWG for accepting me to the Beta and giving me the chance to make a DIfference. I just hope everyone gets their invite.
Although I am excited to Try the Beta I was not too excited about the way invitation was handled. Either way I still dont feel right Doing this untill everyone else is Ready and has got their invitation. I will refuse to Download the Beta untill 8pm Tonight. That should give everyone a Fair chance to get it and check to make sure no one got Screwed out of it.
I would like to add one positive aspect I found with the innitial Beta Stage.
1.) The Email was very Detailed and very, very proffesional and user friendly. Organization on this was great.This second step I would rate 5 stars. The Innitial step of sending out the Invitations I would give 2 stars with the 48 hour window. You guys could have just told us you didnt want us all to log inn at the same time if that was the case. I honestly dont buy this hand Picked stuff but then again I could be wrong. Either way I will take A stand for me - and My friends - to make the SWG experience the best possible.
If you think Im a Cry Baby or a Freak from my earlier posts, wait till i get into the Game and start testing. I will be watching everything Closely, VERY CLOSELY. I do not want to see any Foook ups on this expansion at all. Its too important to too many people. So flame on baby - Flames do nothing to Molten LAVA. he he `
Side Note: I saw some Players under the age of 18 here. Didnt Rhonda give instructions in the FAN FEST forums for these people to get into the Beta? I dont think its right for 18 and over. You should take into consideration that Kids,Teenagers also offer diversity to the game. YOu should considering giving these guys a chance.

So when do those who did go to Fan Fest get invites. I am a community nad SWG Vet. I am a Vet on Test Center as well. I applied for Beta. I know I will have to wait to see if i was chosen. All i ask is an estimates time besides before releases.

If I remember correctly they wanted beta to move pretty quickly (1 1/2 months) so I would suspect the vets to be in the beta test within 2 weeks or less.
