When's that? After the third expansion?
No no...it's coming soon. Most of the code is already worked out. They've been looking over suggestions from the crafting community for months, and it should only take 1 or 2 more "most needed fix" polls in order to really nail it down.
See, they feel the pain that the crafting community has been feeling, and they know that this is a priority for most players. Thunderheart has been working closely with the devs and the community, so the devs know just how vital this is.
It's a complex system, and the devs want to take the time to do it right. They are determined to only put out quality, thoroughly tested patches, especially on something this big. Thunderheart feels confident that when the new system is in place, it will be a big improvement for everyone, helping make this the best MMORPG on the market.
LOL! I love it.

Thunderheart, I pity you.
Because you have to deal with the SWG forum community which is, overall, quite pathetic. The in-game community is pretty pathetic, too.
Forget the feedback polls. Let's do an age poll.
I guarantee that more than half of the community is under the age of 16.
Half of those haven't even seen a Star Wars film.
Keep on fighting the good fight, TH. You're a classy guy, a hard worker, and you're going places.
Garabaldi, I feel bad for you.
Because you have to deal with a game which is, overall, quite broken. The community reps are pretty pathetic, too.
Forget the age poll, let's do a quality assurance check.
I guarantee that more than half of the patches have broke something which has yet to be fixed.
Half of the players only stick around because of a blind loyalty to a movie.
Keep on playing the game though, Garabaldi. I'm sure the developers really value your opinion. You're going places, as long as you're a Jedi, Combat Medic, or Rifleman.

I take this to mean that you're 16 or 17, yes?
Most of the community members that I know (e.g. the ones that post on these forums) are adults with jobs, most of them either in software or the military.
I myself would probably be much easier on the developers of this game if I didn't have real-world industry experience, which has taught me thatyes, programming is hard, but that's not an excuse for putting a broken product out the door and calling it gold.
It seems to me that these missions should be altered to teach the newbie crafter about experimenting. The task could be "craft me 10 stim A" with a hint as to how number of shots could be increased. Other missions would be along the same lines " craft me Stim A with 70+ heal " etc etc

Now theres a man who knows what he's talking about.....We know you hear us TH...I think our great hopes for the game are sometimes over powered by the small odd things the DEVS do give us, considering there are so many other things we would like to see! (pssst Imperial Hats) Wink!!

The emote has nothing to with this. If you stop moving BEFORE mounting, and come to a complete stop before dismounting your vehicle will never warp. Try it out. Since I discoveredand began practicing this(months ago) my vehicle has never warped.
So when i went to lunch today, and left my toon who was on my speederbike outside of the Cantina on coronet, then came back half an hour later and was thrown thru the cantina wall, it was because i hadn't stopped yet? We need to decrease the time to stop to less then half an hour then!
Actually if you come to a complete stop before mounting your bike, you won't warp when you get off. That might be what Artisan43 meant. Once I realized this, I haven't warped a single meter getting off my bike.
Kinda funny that I never everheard of anyone asking for a crafting quest system yet the devs spend valuable programming time working on one rather than fixing current bugs. That saddens me.
