Some extra ones I havent seen posted so far and comments on others.

Vreni Island - Impossible to use pets here now. You can call a pet (Infact you can call him twice... second time he moves to you from wherever you leave him first time). However once called they will not respond to any commands, clicking on them only gives Examine, you need to use the Datapad control to store again.

This is repeatable. Tested by going to island and seeing bug, going to coronet- no bug, back to Island - bug, repeated with Tyrenea and Kor Valla.. All on the Bria server

Mob Warping - Deftinatley on the increase, and with the added 2.5 penalties for Heavy Weapons Commandos and Bounty Hunters are getting creamed out there. I engage mob at long range with Pistols to put Bleeds on, change to LLC to start doing some damage.. and mob is sitting on my ass already.. 64m to 0m in time it takes me to click 1 button to change weapon.

Mission Scaling - Seems Devs are missing the point here. Its NOT the bottom feeding that is the problem. Prior to patch we could go to Advanced planets and get Advanced mission payouts on high level missions (i.e Getting level 60 missions at 25Kcr) now when we go to the same Advanced Planets, we are getting Starter Planet mission payours ~2-5K credits. Risk vs Rewards is borked beyond belief... now there is zero point going to Advanced planets as you can make the same cash sitting around Mos Eisley.. The end result is you are now actually ENCOURAGING bottom feeding as people wont leave the starter planets.

Heavy Weapons 2.5x Damage in Melee multiplier - Whoever coded this either screwed up big time or if it was by intent is clinically insane. Rifles have a 2.5x Damage Multiplier because they do huge damage at long range, so when you get in close you can tear the user to pieces. However with Heavy Weapons the users are ALREADY forced to be close (Within 17m) to use them properly. Now combine that with the 'Warping' and these weapons are now useless for most combat. Its just not possible to use a special at the close range without getting your ass handed to you.

Server 'Time' - Has the patch advanced server time a number of days ?A day or soprior to the patch I went and put a few K worth of credits into each of my houses so that each was showing at least a week before they needed topping up again. However AFTER the patch both houses were in need of repair... where oh where did this money go to ?

10 Item Loot Max - Nice idea... but you just wiped out a lot of high end crafting. Why ? Some items (i.e. High end Rifles) require more than 10 Identical items (Krayt tissues for example) to be used during the crafting process. Under the current system the items they use must not just be the same Statistics BUT must be the same serial number. With the 10 Item rule you can only ever get 10 of the same serial number.

My issues.

Unarmed HAM costs were supposed to be dropped across the board.... BS. The only HAM cost difference i have noticed is with KD2.

When doing group missions on Endor, the person who had the mission gets no money after the mission is completed, though everyone else in the group gets their share. If you total all the shares up, you come up short by whatever the amount is that the person given the mission *should* have gotten. Secondly, all the people in a group should count towards the mission difficulty. That includes pets. I'm sorry, but i'm not taking 5 people with me to take out a blushing Jax lair when i won't get any money for it, and especially not when i could do it solo and get 5k to myself.

The new dungeoun sounds neat, but overall, you guys suck. really bad. i mean, jesus, this is ridiculous.

One of the the most important unadressed issues in SWGhas become the #1 problem withthe gamesince the Oct 8 update went live. That issue: Mission Difficulty Consideration. A related issue, Dungeon Functionality and Access, is discussed at the bottom.

MISSION DIFFICULTY CONSIDERATION (PRE-UPDATE)

Before the update, the problem with the way missions on lower level planets was that the ONLY thing considered by the game when deciding what missions to offer a player was DPS (damage per second) of the player's current weapon and character mods. Though good in principle, it was terrible in practice, since one of the most popular group activities was to do missions together, and missions that one player could solo would be terrible for the entire group to get since they granted little cash or XP rewards. Players with creature or faction pets also were outta luck... since the game never considered the damage or tanking potential of any of that player's pets in finding missions. Thus a player with 3 faction pets and 3 creature pets, with the potential to kill some of the hardest missions in the game would only be given missions his or her scout blaster and novice pistoleer (or similar low damage potential combination) would warrant. However, the solution for groups of PCs and PCs with pets was simply to go to one of the higher level planets such as Lok, Endor, or Dathomir and get missions that fit their killing potentials.

MISSION DIFFICULTY CONSIDERATION (POST-UPDATE)

The only solution for the players above to find missions that fit the group's abilities is GONE. Every planet is now a noobie planet. Lok, Dathomir, and especially Endor are now endless wastelands of NOTHING. Before it was hard to walk 100m on Endor without running into a lair of difficult mobs, now you could probably press Num-Lock for auto-run and leave your computer alone for several hours while your player crossed the map without getting aggro once. Sad. One of the ONLY functional ways for medium and higher level characters to level and make money is gone. Now the best you can hope for on Endor if your a low-DPS character in a group, low DPS creature handler with pets, or a low-DPS warrior towing three high level faction pets the BEST you can hope for on a mission on endor is 2500cr mission to kill arachne hatchlings.

CONCLUSIONS

I would submit that this of all the problems SWG has had, this is the one with the best potential to piss-off the loyal SWG users who are dumping $180 into this game every year. For the price of four new games per year, we at least deserve some monsters near our killing potential level that we dont have to walk for hours to find in some random dungeon (that will probably be broken anyway).

SOLUTIONS

1. Put the missions back the way they were, hard planets should be hard planets. Just because every noobie who can afford a ticket to Lok wants to be able to kill something there doesn't mean they deserve to be able to.

2. Give us vehicles or mounts now (just one mount or one vehicle would be nice... we don't need wearable mount gear and custom vehicle mods right away) a so we can get to places like dungeons with appropriate level mobs, and then FIX THE DUNGEONS (so it's not an exploit like the whole Kliknik thing, not a bug fest like Fort Tusken, not without rewards at the end like the Lord Nyax compound and Kliknik Pyramid, etc.).

3. Add game considerations for the DPS and HAM of every member of a group (whether they be PCs, creature pets, or faction pets). This also encourages teamwork and cooperation, which most MMORPGs strive for (dunno about this one), since players would have to group in order to get difficult missions that pay well in credits and XP.

RECOMMENDATION

Do all of the above. Give considerationfor theDPS and HAM of every group member so that missions are given appropriately, but it's not unreasonable to have the lowest lvl mob on Endor to be 30 or higher. Fix the dungeons, give us a way to get there. End of story. Thoughts?

Sorry if this is a repeat but....

This patch sucked!!!! It was SUPPOSED to fix it to where pet stims and vital paks were manufacturable. I just tried and it won't take the schematic.

Nuf said.

sincerely,

yet another upset customer

PS...No sincere apologies for inconveniences will fix what happened with this patch. The only way customers are going to forgive is if something in game is rewarded. Free month perhaps for paying to beta test this game. or a full refund would do.

I've read something in the forums lately where it was stated. Items needing repair will need to be repaired by the proper profession.

IE: Weapons will need to be repaired by a weaponsmith, Armor = Armorsmith.. They will gain exp doing the repairs, Also the tools will fail more often when someone without the skill to make the item uses them. Now 100% of the time is a bit high. Specialy if your out in the field and need to repair your weapon because it's the only one of that type you have atm..

Structures that use energy are still using up double-power. Will this be fixed before the weekend, or do the artisans and miners have to suffer with this glitch for four more days?

This obviously is "breaking the bank" on some people who only harv enough energy to feed their machines. It's now double-rate. We're losing our energy to a bug. I can pretty much bet that SOE won't do any reimbursements for it, either. I can't see why this is getting the silent treatment. Yeah, fix it, but you're costing us quite a bit until you do - with no mention of any reparation?

Haven't you been reading the SWG Devs are out to "cool down" the economies and slow the speed at which people make credits.. C'mon now don't you want to hump your behind in this game like you do in Real Life just for fun??

HAHA Q .. That was classic

HARVESTERS ARE WORKING - here is proof:

I checked my heavy flora at 6:30pm pacific. It had 11250 power.

I checked it again at 8:00pm. It had 11150 power.

Thats 75 per hour.

The display says 150/hour so that is wrong. CHECK this yourself people as this is the case. They are working fine.

Buff bug example:

drink = +500 mind, starating value 600 = total mind 1100.

survey until you have 100 mind left = 100/1100.

buff wears off and you go incap. insread of it droppping to 100/600 it goes to -400/600 (subtracts the buff bonus from the actual AND total).

Same with other food.

Are pre-patch crates still bugged? I have four crates (two energy distributors and two power conditioners) and while I can split them, I can't extract anything from them. Drag the crate into a crafting session slot where it's needed, and it says it doesn't go there.

Jeeez.
