Well I recalled TH saying something about the change (or lack thereof) way back in March in weekly roundtable page, so went a searching:
QUOTE:
> 3) You said that the FSCS had not changed since publish 6, however the flood of unlocks that was seen i the weeks previous
> to that publish has trickled down to very very few (and the number of pros that had to be mastered went way up on those
> unlocks). are there any logical reason the devs are aware of that we are not?
>
> Not that I know of...
Link
So the change happend after this point or TH wasn't told, sort of confused upon this point.

OK then on to another topic to reach 90.I am trying to install everquest platinum edition. The patcher freezes at file BoneA.dss . Went to EQ forums, tried the proposed solution, doesnt work. I got the new patcher, still doesnt work. I cant post on the EQ forums asking for help. So i sent an email to eq tech support, solutions seem stupid, like update your drivers, make sure you have the required specs for your PC... Can anyone help me out? send me file BoneA.dss? anything?

I did 12 profs or so until i reached my 'perfect' template, so i aint grinding more profs now.Doing a check, i see that i feel a faint sense of the force. I guess this means im in group 3-4. How many weeks must i wait to get the old man to visit me? In the mean time ill just grind whatever XP ill be needing to get those branches... which means i'll have to dorp my current prof. sux.On the other hand, if i get a second slot, must i redo everything (badges, profs) to get another old man visit and get that second alt to be a Jedi?
Go get that last badge from the Warren and Exar Kun Temple's badge and you should become all glowy (by means of some radioactive injection done by midichlorians I believe). Then you'll be at the same point as everyone else : waiting for that old sucker to come visit.
PS : I hope we reach 90 on this post

Oh yeah another question. Lets say i am in group 4, and the old man pays me a visit in 5 weeks. And the village is in phase 2. Do i have to wait for a full cycle to get to phase 1 again and finally start my Jedi character? How long are each village phases? Does this mean i will get a Jedi in 2005?
Do i sense that SOE is soooo afraid of WoW that they bullcrap us around and let us linger for weeks until anything actually happens? Is this the only trick they found to make us wait until JTL?
I work in video games and such techniques are used all the time, but at least we make it less obvious and in a much nicer way!

Doing the Exar Kuun temple badge = no problem
Doing the Warren again = oooh i get lost soo easily, i could never find where to go and lost so much time... i'll try tonight...
Doing Jabba's themepark (again) = with my -4970 Jabba faction, i hope thats not what im missing!
Old man may be old news to most of you by now, i still need to get to glowy state.
LETS REACH 100 PEOPLE!
Proud to be part of this grind!

Well... I'm gonna wait to see im with my own eyes this evening when I get back home from work. Then I'll admit it's old news.
PS : I wonder if it's the longest thread ever on these boards. At least I'm pretty sure it's the fastet growth ever.
