...the game requires an NDA to test it, an NDA is for protection of the company...not because they dont want people blabbing about something, its to protect from corparate espionage, they don't want another company in here looking at stuff and then ripping it off and copywriting it. Its a legal document and if you are under 18 you cannot enter into any legal agreement by this country's laws. i don't see how hard this could be to figure out.

Then why dont they send some kind of form to the people under 18 who went to fan fest only. They send it back so they can play the beta. I do want the beta but I am more pissed at the fact that they lied to us while we were there and before so we would sign up. Its a cheap tatic and I want them to right what they have wronged. Its the principle of the thing and so on and so forth.

I AM THE LEGEND OF THE PAST IN LORD OF THE RINGS i agree wit kesai i am aarogorn in the game i spent my money to go to fan fest been playing for almost 9 months now and i dont get beta actualy the legal doc is total bull crap if they want to get technical i can bring it down on them they have an agreement thing u have to agree on to play the game yet i had to be 18 legaly to except if thats what u think most player were under 18 at fan fest and even more as veterans most guild have around 7/10 of it under 18. HERE THE BIG QUESTION ARE THEY JUST USING AND ABUSING THE LEGAL AGE LIMIT OR WHAT MAKE PROFIT AND DONT RELEASE BETA TO THE AGE THEY MAKE THE MOST OFF OF REVOLT MY FELLOW UNDER AGE TEENS/KIDS COME ON> DEVS STOP BEING MEAN TO ME!!!!!!!! SO SO CRUEL TO HONOR LOL I MITE HAVE WONDERED INTO SOME KINDA DUMBASS THING I DO BUT LISTEN TO STUFF THAT MAKES SENSE ATLEAST I PUT MY NAME IN.............................................................................

besides that is there ne other reason that thy dont want us on... cause seriously its very unfair to the people under the age of 18

like kesai said above u should just ban us all together cause ur already not letting us play a beta... if u think of it u ban all the ppl under the age of 18 u loose a lot of money some one under the age of 18 steels from u, u loose a lot of money u dont let ppl play thy think its unfair thy quit u loose a lot of money so why r u not letting us play?

Kesai, the attitude that comes across in your post is specifically the attitude a poster referred to earlier. You say before people start whining because they didn't get in as veterans we should consider those veterans who went to fan fest and didn't get in.

How exactly do get the idea to come off like your better than someone else just because you had the cash lying around to put forward for fan fest? Those of us who are "whining" were asking for consideration for veterans before those who attended fan fest. The veterans were here before the fan fest came around. There are veteran testers who were part of the initial beta test for the ground game from the beginning who did not attend fan fest and, by the looks of it, aren't considered too important because they couldn't fork over the cash to attend the fan fest.

I personally value these people more than I value any newcomer who just happened to attend fan fest to beta test a game.

Of course people say if the other veterans (notice how there's already a distinction between veterans here...those who attended fan fest and those who didn't) don't make it in later then they have every reason to gripe about how this is being done. Frankly this reminds me of how the developers focus on JTL when the ground game is still suffering. You leave something that had an initial investment and pursue something else because of a perceived high dollar yield when it releases.

You're a veteran and that's fine, but don't go ahead and start calling people whiners because you had whatever amount it cost you to attend fan fest lying around.

well It was hard to fork the cash...and ya I guess I am sorry for saying it that way. I was very upset about the outcome. My strong point of arguement was not that everyone should shut up but that we should get to play if we went. Now I see that there is some link some where to get the stuff mailed to you. : D O and thanks for not brushing me off as a stupid little kid as I see alot of people doing.
