Ive noticed this too.Dont know why this was changed,but dark purple seemed to workjust fine before.

The new colors on both my laptop and my nice 17" desktop monitor are so light that they're unreadable, especially against a bright background. All of my nicely color-coded and named storage backpacks are now useless because I can't see the names at all.
It's not about color, colors are same as before. The thing changed, they removed black outline and drop shadow effect of fonts EVEN it was needed for system messages above, they step backwards to remove all text shadow effects.

I thought this was fixed a while back -- in which case, it's been "un-fixed". My poor creature harvesting droid nearly bled to death yesterday. Storing the droid and re-calling it stops the bleeding, but it's still taking damage. Even weirder -- it sure looked like the droid started bleeding when I did, and not because it was aggro'd. The droid had no little "X" that would indicate it was in combat, and, in fact, it has no combat modules so it can't fight. I'm not 100% sure that it was not aggro'd, however.
A similar thing happened to my GF last night, only with her speeder, it basically got killed, and it wasn’t that close to where the fighting took place. Its like a mob agroed it. It was in good shape prior to the fight.
I also like most of the changes to the UI ![]()
But like most, I think the /findfriends absolutely needs to be made consensual.
Also, the shadows defiantly need to come back on text, I don’t need the eyestrain.
An improvement I would like to suggest for the new quality filtering for crafting resources. Maybe the radio buttons like in the option menu, to show resource quality, could be on the crafting windowtoo (the window where resources are loaded into the schematic), that way we could change it on the fly while crafting (or more easily I should say) as different resource types are needed. Maybe have their 2 letter abbreviations with a radio button next to each of them, under the inventory panel in the crafting window.
Put back the old text effects with a hotfix, asap.
You're making it impossible to play the game, in a very literal and practical way. This isn't just theoretical whimsies or personal preferences, we very literally CAN'T SEE TEXT. I'm sure you can understand there might be some problems with this fact. If you can't see how this is detrimental to the game-play... I'm not sure what else I can tell you.

Please undo this, at least for vendor names. The walls inside my shop are white and the unshadowed white text of the vendor names is completely unreadable.

Im getting a POI bug where if i leave a POI from another planet active, when i shuttle to another planet, i still have the POI wp active and i can no longer deactivate it. Unless i fly back to the other planet in order to deactivate it.
