Ok I got an idea. With the new miling ability on mammels throughout the galaxies, is there any chace that we can see the ability tto milk our own pets? For example if you have a lesser plains bol(wild creatures give domestic milk) can ew then be able to once a day milk our bol? This would become a neat new aspect to the game, essencially creating farmers, which also might be a interesting new profession. Well that's my only question/idea.

Well, TH, all of my other posts on this forum have been deleted, so I suppose you'll probably delete this one as well. With a little luck, not before enough people get to see it.

Below is the link to the original message and the message copied, on down.

"just so everyone knows there was a stealth nerf that does now allow anyone to pull a pre nerf fwg5, scatter, or launcher pistol from a crate. when you try you get an email saying that this gun is no longer valid by the game and to please destroy it. This DOES NOT effect guns that are already pulled form the crates."

I know that DOT stacking was supposed to be looked at in the patch. But not sure if it's implemented.

Rifleman skill .. Mindshot1 and Mindshot2 used to stack for a considerable ammount on mind cost and an okish damage.

PvE

However now the damage being done is a joke, sometimes the bleed effect is on the mob. but no real feel that it's doing anything. When opening combat with a bleed effect the first one doesn't allways stick.Hence.

/mindshot1;/mindshot2;/mindshot1; was my opening move each time. It seems that if the first one doesnt' stick the mob is still getting the flag to say it's bleeding but without the damage being done.

vs the 100% resist nightsisters. Mindshot's were the only form of attack with a rifle that actually can do damage.

PvP

TKA's just got a bonus. Without the stacking mindshots ( or are they just bugged) they can get a firstaid fast enough to be wasted on them. I feel rifleman should be the answer to TKA's and Commandos' in pvp as we out range but not out damage them. With the bleed reduction ( bug? ) it's impossible to get enough mindshot3's off even when pumped full of muon gold.

----------

Receiving Dot damage from NPC's

First Aid used to reduce the bleeding in 2 - 4 steps. Now it seems that FirstAid will always clear the bleeding effect the first time it's applied. Although it means I can stay fighting longer. It has also taken a lot of the fun away from trying to fight the bleeding while still attacking the mob, before it was a question "Do I try and stop the bleeding before I heal. or Heal and then stop the bleeding". Now it's just a nobrainer. Firstaid Heal.

Not sure if this is the place for it but.....HELP THE WOOKIEES!

In the begining and in Beta the Wookiee increased stats were pretty muched balanced. Since then, damage has been increased on weapons, Armor is up into the 90% and the Wookiees are falling in great numbers. I don't play a wookiee anymore but I have some pity for the poor furballs.

I know it may not matter to many, But...

In all 27 of the SW books i have read, the wookiees are still a very powerful race and still feared by many in the galaxy ( Save for SWG ) I would suggesta few possibilities.

1: Give all Wookiees an additional 250 pts to place in their stats.

2: Develope alteast some kind of Bone Armor or Heavy leather Armor for Wookiees. I would think nothing with a greater resistance of 25%

3: Increase the total amount of stored energy in the Personal Shield Gens by 100%. As it stand many MKIII Shield Gens crap out after being hit just once bywith a special attack.

4: Increase their regeneration rate by at least 25%

5: *And the most annoying and unlikely* Nerf Armor resistance and return damage level to Beta levels

No Warning.

No Explanation.

No Good Reason.

Just 200 worthless guns.

They can't be used, They can't even be pulled from their crate.

I'm a weaponsmith, and contrary to popular belief I'm not a millionair, I have 300-400k credits on me. I spend nearly as much on resources and maintainance as I make in sales. But I do have quite a few guns in backstock. Imagine my suprise when i try to pull a gun out of a crate and I get nothing but an ingame email that says:

" The crate %TT contains items no longer used by the game and should be removed from your inventory."

Items no longer used by the game?

FWG5s, Scatter Pistols and Launcher Pistols no longer used by the game?

I do a brisk bussiness, still trying to build up a customer base. One of the things that has been keeping me afloat was these guns, selling for about 50k each, they're very nice guns.I've now had9 million credits worth of merchandice suddenly turn Worthless, with no warning.

What are you thinking SOE?

Irecieved no holocron on"Life Day"on a character that I've had since JUNE 27th, had my CS ticket on that repeatedly ignored, and still didn't complain.

I had a backpack full of guns dissapear, never to return, when i moved my vendor to dantooine after player cities came out, got no help from the CSRs, and still tried to remain optimistic about this game.

I've tolerated every bug, glitch, delay and broken promise deliverd by SOE since Day 1, and have never, not one single time, complained here in the forums. But this is too much. I am so frikin' upset that it takes all my patience right now just to "remember to keep the language clean".

Between me and my two roommates (who have continued to play only because i insisted that they keep toughing it out) SOE just lost five accounts. I'm on till my three months expire, and unless i get one really damb good response from a CSR (ticket 1607598 as if you really care), I AM OUTA HERE.

It's been fun, good luck to the rest of ya.

Tao, my buddy zealot13g had been posting for his friend Adrionys. Adrionys got permanently banned for taking jabs at SOE and their policiesand using foul language (even though it was masked, yet people who don't mask theirs just get *edit*ed by the website). Zealot13g was banned, just a little while ago, because he felt the need to inform everyone of this very nerf. He posted a link to a post from a weaponsmith about this very subject, on every forum. In response, SOE's forum moderators have deletedevery single post, on all of the forums, in which he was trying to alert everyone.

My recommendation, to you, is to stop complaining and stop paying SOE. They do NOT want to hear our complaints and do not want us to think for ourselves. They only want our money, because that's all they care about. Until we all learn to hit them where it hurts (in the wallet), they're not going to listen to us.

TH, why do you and the forum moderators fear people who make complaints? Aren't you here to listen to our complaints and try to make the game better for us?

Buffs are ruining this game as they are the only important factor in the game. Dont trade loot focus for a buffs focus. Buffs should give a minimal effect on stats otherwise, class, skill and armour are all irrelevant, only what buffs you have count. You should be able to get buffs from spice, doctors and food but the max achievable, in total should be double your stats. This wouldn't effect the demand for these services, anyone will take any advantage they can get, extend duration to make people happier about the "nerf" if you need to, make uber mobs weaker if you need to, but dont make the game focus on the stats of your character and nothing else.

Also on the same note, and I know this gets a lot of Coverage but seriously, PvP is totally broken, drop the tuffness of PvE mobs apprpriately if necessary to keep that side balanced but in PvP everyone gets mind poisended for 80 meters away and dies in 2 secs, or gets shot with a special that kills them in 2 secs, armour means nothing cause everyone is uber buffed, 2000 hp gone in 1 shot is stupid, and not fun for PvP, Downpower what you have to but make PvP last longer than 2 seconds, Combat classes should get a benifit from armour, Buffs shouldn't make armour irrelevant as it should always be an option to go for high protection low regen, OR high regen, Noone should get both.

Finally, Combat medics, ridiculously tuff, forget the medic bit. Not all classes need to be combat UBER, in fact only the combat specific ones should be, and even then to varying degrees.

Now that spice equals definate slain/deathblow you might as well just take it out of the game all together. ie: Only time a person uses spice is in dangerous situations .... and since spice is practically an automatic incap in a dangerous situation it doesn't take a genius to figure out that spice is now worthLESS. So take it out of the game or change it back to being worth using.

(I posted this elsewhere but it wasn't under the right topic.. no spam intended)

Hey, TH,

How about "Publish 7 - the great SWG bug fix"?

I think using one whole publish cycle to fix all the outstanding bugs in SWG would rate very high with players

1. Can the Droid Engineering community get some hints or general info about what's coming up in publish 7 (part 1 of our Droid Invasion)? We have no idea what's in store and it would be nice to have some open communication on this.

2. Can Droid Engineers get an update on the status of our droid repair tool? It's critically important that we get this tool to bring us up to parity with creature pets, since our droids cannot be healed while creature pets can be healed via player stims and pet stims. It's importantfor us to get this toolif publish 7 contains new CL10 droids or combat modules. If this tool is absent from that publish, CL10 combat droids will not be on equal footing to CL10 creature pets.

3. Can we get someone to look at the new bug with vehicle creation? Currently vehicle hit points are not based on the SR experimentation like they were previous to publish 6 and are simply the lowest value of their HP range (1500 for an X34, for example).

4. Can we get some tweaks to the droid and creature pet pathing? Currently, pets want to always stand on top of their owner. If their pathing could be tweaked to something like "owner location -5", it might not look so ridiculous.

5. Thanks for the shellfish harvesting tool. One problem, however. Any resources gained from this tool do not stack on top of one another like other resources or creature harvested resources do (eg: two successful harvests of exactly the same mollusk will place two stacks in your inventory, instead of one consolidated stack). Can we get this to stack please?

6. Can Droid Battery life be extended please? The power drain for droids is incredibly high... nowhere near the rate of "play" or "hungry" requests by creature pets. We need some equality there.

7. Would it be possible to increase the number of MA components in factory crates? Control Units, General Purpose Modules, Memory Modules, Power Conditioners, Micro Sensor Suites, and Energy Distributors all come in crates of 25 max. They're uniform, abundant, small chips and components, so could we have at least crate sizes of say 50? (Glaring example: It takesone Control Unit to make a Vehicle Customization Kit. Crates ofVCK's contain 30 tools. Control Units come in crates of 25 maximum. How come you can fit morefinished (larger)VCK tools in a crate than you can CU's in their crates)?

Thank you.

Oh, bet your bottom credit that doctor buffs will get nerfed in the near future.

As much as I like them, they make armor and other enhancements silly by comparison - I mean, you can get all six health/action stats above 3K - more than quadrupling most people's HAM.

I think you will find the new doctor buffs more in the range of where mind buffs are now.

Again, not saying I want it nerfed - but I can't help but see it in the near future.
