1. What are your issues?


  • Pets are standing inside me any time I am not on the move. If I move a little to get them out of me, they move over and stand in me again. Putting them into a wedge or column formation is only a temporary fix, since it seems that they soon forget that they were given a formation command. This could be fixed by increasing the range at which our pets follow us to somewhere between 5 and 10 meters. (perhaps more for larger pets.)

  • /tellpet seems to work randomly.

  • Special attacks are still not workingwhen the command is given.

  • My larger pets are constantly getting stuck in the terrain. This was fixed sometime last year, but seems to have been un-fixed?


2. What is the Pet description, specifically (type/level, etc)?



All 22 of my pets, both BE and Wild. CLs range from 19-50.



3. Was it a Bio engineered pet or a tamed pet?

Oddest thing i've seen since the publish is when my pets are a small distance away from me and the level of detail manager kicks in the pets textures instead of lowering detail go inverted, inside is out all of a sudden kinda disturbing. LOL..

First, my mounted Lesser Plains Bol(diff 10)does not always respond to the "stay" command. I tell him "stay" and he does... then i walk 5m and he'll suddenly rushes up to me.


Second, not so much an issue as an annoyance, my pet (see above) when following walks right on top of me occupying the same space as i am. Before publish 6, i recall, he would rush up to me but stop before walking into me. Just annoying if im trying to get at something near me... also see my first complaint... telling him to stay doesnt always help.



Im a 0001 CH, and i have no idea if my pet was engineered, although i doubt it. Thanks.

please fix pets pecial attacks! . When we were nerfed (probably a necassary nerf) we were told we could control pet specials to soften the blow . this has never worked properly . I would cheer if these were made to work properly .

These may have already been posted, but I don't want to read seven pages of text.


1) Pets running away. Every single combat I tried over the weekend resulted in my having to chase my pets halfway across the planet, as they kept running away from my quarry. I'd send them in to attack, and they'd run away. I'd send them in to attack again, and they'd run away again. It's getting extremely annoying. I ended up having to hit my BodyShot and TellpetAttack hotkeys in sequence to keep the pets in place. Many times I had to call them back to me and send them into combat again to keep them near.


2) Pets standing on top of me. This is also new, and is really annoying. I call them, and they stand right on top of me. Previously they stayed at about 3m. Why are they suddenly trying to sit on my lap?


3) CH XP is too slow. I'm about to give up on using combat as a means of gaining CH XP. It's stupidly slow. It's quicker to sample yard junk, craft some low-level clones, and tame/train them for 1000 XP a pop. It's a grind, but it's more fun than having to get the crap beat out of my pets fighting gaping spider hunters, for 140 xp apiece.

My main issues seem to be that of everyone else.


1: Pet's autostoring. Middle of combat is exactly the wrong time it could happen, but it happens quite more often than ever before. Least vehicles seem to be fixed.


2: Pet follow speed and path finding. Still stopping frequently at server lines. Start walking really slow, or sideways. Heaven forbid taking them around a rock or building with a irregular corner, like guild hall [generic].


3: Fleeing. This issue should be top of the list in my book, is the fleeing while in combat, for no apparent reason. Its been a constant fustration since the first round of CH changes so long ago. From the lowly cl 10 wild pet, which you could expect to flee, to the CL 50 rancor [wild] or CL 40 Kimoglia [Bio-engineered]. I am fighting things with my carrion spat now, and im standing on top of it to keep it healed, click on the pet med to heal and I am told I am too far away, next thing I know its gone from 2m, practially on top of it, to more than 40 meters out in the span of a second. If you are not planning on fixing this, please add a "Stand your ground" command.

I've also noticed the whole creatures fleeing from battle thing, but they did that before the latest update, so i'm not surprised that it's continuing. Also, i'm continuing to have problems with my /tellpet macros, they seem to just stop working after awhile. My creature will be responding to them just fine, and then suddenly (particularly in combat, unfortunately), stop responding to my commands. If i say them aloud they will listen, however, it's infuriating when you're hitting the macro button for /tellpet attack and the creature just stands there with it's head up it's butt while you're getting swarmed. Storing/recalling the creature fixes the problem, but it eventually happens again. I've noticed this bug with my BE chokus, and wild GSP's and Crimson Razor Cats. Don't recall if it's happened with any others, though.

My issues so far:


1) Pets standing on top of me.

2) Onseveral occasions, when I attempted to command the pet from some distance by spatial messages - from around 10m away or more - the pet would become stuck, and cannot be stored. Each time I had to logout from the game for the pet to autostore, then call it back.

3) Pets running away like chickens from the crits I send it after - I have to spam /tellpets every second to keep it on the crit.


These seem to have happened with both BE and natural pets alike.


Y'know, it would be sure nice to get a major publish that doesn't add as many bugs as features are added.

Pets are standing right on top of me. Formation commands gets them off, but they forget em and tand on top of me again after any other command


Also, my pets with a range attack are not using their range attack at all.


Pets are running away a lot more than before last update.


2. What is the Pet description, specifically (type/level, etc)?


All my pets, all types, sizes and shapes


3. Was it a Bio engineered pet or a tamed pet?


Both kinds, same problems

Oh yah, and the autostoring bug. Happens a lot, seems to be mostly happening around player city limits.

1) pets run away when in battle, happens with all style of pets and levels

2) pets auto store, when fighting and when not, happens with all style of pets and levels

3) pets stop following and then dont listen to the follow command, happens with all style of pets and levels

4) pets stand in you not next to you now, happens with all style of pets and levels

5) pets run sideways when following you, happens with all style of pets and levels

6) pets dont decay nearly enough and with BE pets makes taming worthless as pets last for ever, happens with all style of pets and levels


many mention before prolly, just thought id add my problems.


just so you know, the above problems have ruined the profession, i found myself doing the save SLinking Voitor mission 4 times last night because of pets auto storing and getting me killed or running offf and me having to get em back causeing the lair to respawn. I will be dropping ch straight after i have mastered it as it makes me want to smash up my pc !!

7) pets loosing health in the datapad, id store a fully healed pet and call him with like 1 HAM, happens with all style of pets and levels
