Thread: Patch Notes for Publish 8
If ure a DE u would welcome this patch but from my pov its nothing more then another comment like 'wait fot the DELAYED combat revamp'and maybe thenpvp'ing will become something else then an extreme 'search someone who is able to cure poisons' competition .
Nice work afterall as long as ure a DE or an Scout who is sick of using his /harvest meat macro all by himself ............ as ure sick of pvp as it is now ure screwed again.
"Exploring the Talusian Aqualish Cave will now grant the correct exploration badge" - Taken from the "Gameplay" section from Pubish 8 Patch notes.

Uh, what about the promissed fixes to the hermit badge quests?
Unfortunately, there were many technical issues involved with fixing the Hermit badge quests. I have rescheduled the fixes for the Hermit badge quests for Publish 9 now that we have a clearer idea of what is wrong and how much time it would take to fix them. Sometimes, things appear more simple on the surface than they really are once we figure out the problems and this turned out to be one of those times.
How about the Lost Aqualish location badge? That MUST be an easy fix, seems like it's only a miss-linked trigger.
It is very tedious getting Milk, although Chef's & BE's appreciate it being available at in amounts greater than 3 now
The way i read it is that they will have a continuous bubble above their heads with the advert - i see no reason that they would need to fill up the spatial window too.
Maybe it's worth waiting for the facts...
It's sad to see that they got absolutely no clue how their very own game is played. And the slow pace of getting out fixes is demoralizing. Who was responsible for scheduling development time for this so called patch?
This has to be some stupid joke..
Not only are there only crap useless droid modules in the game (stim As hahahaha, right!) the droids themselves are stupid (bastromech anyone? even seen one since about 2 days after pub7 went life?)
TH get your crew in gear!
And whoever thought up that stupid 10 minutes starport delay should be shot and then fired! The guy who maintained the 10 minutes wait for starports and no any planet to any planet should be sent to the spice mines.. What a load of hogwash!

i agree **edit** is up with that. the whole discussion was about 5 min waits at starports but keeping the routes no keeping 10 min waits! do you even read the in discussions threads or just skim it till ya see what you want.

Great Job......
Good Publish...
Anybody crying over the fact that you still have to wait 10 min for a shuttle isn't the right kind of person that should be playing this game anyways..... There are plenty of things to do while you wait for the shuttle:
- relax and smoke a cigarette (for smoker's only I guess)
- craft something in-game
- craft something out of game
- play with your children for 10 min. god knows ever since this game came out children all over the world have been getting ignored...
- smoke a joint (for smokers and non-smokers)
- get something to eat (I've probably lost 10 pounds so far cause I'm to busy killing stuff or crafting stuff)
- talk to another player in the game (not enough of that at the starports as it is... I've never been to a silent airport)
- give the diapers a rest and actually get off your butt and go to the washroom on your own.
There's a few things to keep in mind while you wait for your precious shuttle to arrive.
Thanks,
I think i know what they mean by immersion, it's suddenly so simple, you immerse a tea bag into a cup of hot water...... It's the dev's way of making us take that 10 mins away from the screen every hour by forcing us to have a tea break....
I could even live with the 10 min wait if they added the command
/autoboardshuttlewhenthedamnthinggetshere coronet
