When the space expansion finally hits, smugglers should have a kind of Mask Ion Trailskill, or some such nonsensical thing, which wouldincrease the chancethe ship they are onremainsundetected by potential hostiles.


I know it's been said before, here there and everywhere, but there 'really'should be at least a badge for Colonels. Faction rank should mean much more than just the ability to collect more faction points, and in providing bigger fp pay days in PvP.


Ranks should have to be maintained through a percentage of awarded faciton points. I believe that above a certain level, if there are benefits to having a higher rank .. like being able to order up a strike team on demand or something *hint hint* .. players should be expected to do more work, or rather be more active in the GCW to maintain their priviledges than would those holding lesser rank. So for instance, a player's faction points would 'decay' above a certain rank, and unless they were very active they would not be able to accumulate more in order to progress to the next rank, which by the way is too cheaply purchased right now.


Bottom-line, increase the benefits and increase the responsibility and expense related to faction rank.

Any word on when new planets will be patched in? I remember reading in PCG magazine that planets were pretty small data packages and that new ones would be added from time to time. Might this happen in the space expansion?



I used to love this game. Even when I was bored, at least I was bored in the Star Wars Universe. It's not the game I bought anymore. I'm out.

there has been a few things that have always bothered me...


1. Pets already tamed should be dropable in buildings as if they were a pet deed

2. Speeders also in datapad should be dropable... i think it would be cool to display speeders in a building

3. Creature mounts should also learn the ability of holding items.... after all you have all the sacks their, but we arnt allowed to hold anything??? whats with that?? i mean, my mouse droid can hold a gun but my mount can't hold anything??? perhaps you could make train storage at management 2, but you can only hold 2 items, and at management 3 you can hold 3 items, management 4 you get 5 items, and at master you can train to hold 10 items or something... and it can vary from creatures, like a cupa can only hold a small ammount, but a large bantha can hold more.... bantha's r already slower, so this would add another option of why you would choose various different creautres, cause they have different specials, banthas can carry more, but are slower...

also i thought a few more things


large houses take 6 slots? whats with that? they arent that big, seriosly, make them only 3 slots. Also i think if you declare residence at a house, it shouldnt subtract from your overall buildings, if residence is declared, you still get 10 slots open.... only if its an extra store house does it subtract from your lots.... just an idea....


more types of speeders and stuff would be alot nicer.... i liked the podracer idea.


also i would reallly love to see some nice dungeons for small groups and or solo'ing... with and without buffs. I hate having tojoin a huge group just to get to the cool monsters to get the cool loot... and then you ALL fight over who gets what, and of cource whoever looted the best item that sells for millions ignores you all and says they have to log or something... make bodys mulit'lootable.... just like harvesting... instead of only one person being able to loot and it all going to them, make it so others can go up and loot and get various items, sure one person would get something better then the others, but at least everyone had an equal chance of recieving a good item. us riflemen are one of the last people to get up to the loot cause we are only good from far distances, and we usualy are back with the non-battle people which also never get to loot.... its all those master tka's that do... also if something is killed while in a group, and then the person who did the most damage quit the group to try to get all the rewards, the body should be assigned to be open toanyone who was in thegroup even after disbanding, and again the multi-looting thing....

I was thinking that it would be cool if weaponsmiths could customize the weapons they make. Such as the color of the projectile, or the design of the handle. I think it would be a neat idea and make PvE and PvP a little more fun.

Force crystals should be quest rewards. It would be much better than our current system where we grind-massacre NPC's, hoping for "good luck".

as far as adding more vehicles, they should add the swoop from SW: Shadows of the Empire. those swoops looked a hell of a lot cooler than the one in game now. Also for the Space expansion, they should add planetary ships like snow speeders and T16 skyhoppers for ground based missions. It'd be alot more fun to race in customizable T16s (engines, weapons, colors) than indentical swoops or speeders

I don't know exactly what changes are in store for the combat system, but I can only hope with all my hopes that you remove buffing from the game entirely and re-balance everything so that we don't have to completely change all our character's stats just to be able to accomplish anything.


As it stands right now, for me to get anywhere in the game as my Master Marksman/Master Scout I have to either run Missions from the mission terms, which are difficulty 11 for me, or go get buffs and seek out higher level NPCs to kill. Players charge a lot of credits for those buffs and sure they last several hours usually, but I don't often play for that long at a time. Add to that the frustration of trying to find an entertainer to get a mind buff. I don't see how buffs really fit in to the all encompassing Star Wars experience.


I don't recall, at any point, seeing Han and Luke track down a doctor so he could inject them with steroids and then go sit in a cantina clapping for 15 minutes before taking on the Empire. Nor do I remember a stirring scene with Darth Vader doing the same before facing Luke.


The game should be rebalanced so that your combat will involve your character's stats... otherwise, why even bother having stats. As it stands, you can have whatever kind of stats you want for your character, just so long as you find a doctor and an entertainer before entering combat. Other MMO games are surpassing this one in terms of innovative ideas and richness of gameplay. I don't want to see this one fail before it's had a chance to really get off the ground.

on the same note about adding ground vehicle missions, give snowspeeders (just make em airspeeders, since no Hoth)to rebels, T16s to neutrals, and then some other vehicle for imperials, maybe like the ATST, just make it player controlled like a mount. this could seriously help the problems with battlefields. make them only useable within battlefields or something along those lines

okay, the ongoing argument is that we should use bacta and not cloning. i couldn't agree more.But i think we should use both. here me out here.


okay, here is my idea.


BACTA (with your data stored)


---bacta centers are found in every city on the planet (new player city building?).

---bacta centers are very expensive, to keep medics and doctors in the loop

---you can walk into a bacta center off the street, pay a fee, and get fully healed of all wounds, damage, status effects, etc. your clothing and invintory is put into a locker next to the tank(re-equiped when you get back out). the process takes 2 minutes (our time).

---you cannot be attacked while ina bacta tank (overt or other-wise).


---nowlets say your going into battle. you can store your data at a bacta center (forinformation onalergies, weight, past surgeries, etc) and then go into battle.

---YOU WILL RE-SPAWN AT A BACTA CENTER WHEN

-a) you die from 3 incap rule.

-b) after you die, a master doctor in your group can "emergancy evacuate" you.(again, only if you have your data stored at a bacta center can you be evacuated)(limited evacuation time, about half the time before you cannot be rezed)

---if you die from a DB and dont have your data stored at abacta center (or cloning center)(and cant be evacuated orrezed), the "no data stored" rules (below) apply


CLONING (with your data stored)


---there are only two cloning centers per planet.

---one is in good shape, and very expensive to store your data at (good center)

---one is in bad shape, very cheap to store your data at. (bad center)

---data must be stored 24 (game) hours before you are cloned (if you clone before the 24 hours, rules of no data stored [below] apply)



BAD CENTER

-30% wounds

-have to do a corpse run

-no insurance terminal


GOOD CENTER

-15% wounds

-insurance terminal

--if insured, stuff is in locker next to cloning "tube"

--if not insured, there is a droid that can fetch your stuff for you (at a price, and with decay), oryou can do a corpse run



NO DATA STORED (at either of the cloning centers or a bacta center)


---if you dont have your data stored anywhere (or you are DBed and cant be evacuated, or it hasnt been 24 hours after data being stored) you have to do one of the following


IF GROUPED WITH (novice) DOCTOR

-have to clone at bad center

-50% wounds

-corpse run


IF GROUPED WITH MASTER DOCTOR

-good center

-40% wounds

-option to get a droid to fetch your stuff or corpse run


IF GROUPED WITH NO DOCTOR

-bad center

-1 point left on all stats (massive wounds)

-corpe run


ANOTHER OPTION

---before a battle/trip/expidition, etc, your group leader can talk to an NPC in a bacta center, andpay him a certain amount of money (alot). that allows all group members that dont have thier data stored anywhere to have the option to respawn at that center, with their stuff in a locker with decay.

Yees, pod racing with current speeds and steering method would be really exciting ;-)

I remember readingpost,after someoneused a vehicle on test senter.

He/she wrote, driving was a lot of fun. lol

Its not the most important aspect of the game which should be corrected,

but i hope it eventually will be. And then pod racing. Mhmm :-)
