first off, i thank you for the answers to all the questions and think the "19 questions" is a great idea. it looks like there's hope for us bounty hunters, yet.
i do have an issue with what you said about the scout profession and camps. it is true that camps are, for the most part, useless now that calling a droid/pet/vehicle can be done anywhere.
you said in your answer to the scouts that it is a novice profession and is intended to give new players an idea of how to function in-game and that most changes are being done to elite professions. what about us bounty hunters that are forced to master scout? we do not use most of these skills. the only class that should really HAVE to master scout are the rangers, because they are the guys you go to for creature killing, and rightly so. until player traps are introduced, trapping is useless. vehicles have made terrain negotiation useless. camps are useless now. the only thing i really use in the whole scout tree is /examine to see resists on creatures and NPCs. i got it at hunting 2, i think. nothing else in that tree helps me function as a bounty hunter.

I agree that Axkva Min is indeed a challenging target and that the Pikeman covet the Energy Lance because basically, it gives Pikeman a useful and much desired weapon.

2. the damage on it is only as good as standerd crafted LVA's (300-450). ![]()

The new damage type is nice, however Energy Damage isn't that special.
With all that said and the trouble that people have to go thoughasGunman stated, the "uber" end all be all weapon for Pikeman is nothing more than a decoration.
If we can beef the weapon up AP2, Higher Damage, and Better DoT's...make Axkva spawn more, and drop those 100% resits down at least to 90%..Id be happy
...doing that I dont see a reason to increase the drop rates as the weapon would actually be worth the trouble that it is to obtian.

Im not seeing how a ranger could where it... but they need some sort of bonus! ![]()
as for teh mand armor- i hope it could really help BHs with our defense. I mean, If a TKA gets within 40m of me, I'm toast hehe.

( all this happens in less than 3 seconds. If you're wearing uber 1337 composite, this may take a while longer, but you're still lying helpless on the ground the whole time, watching the guy kick 4 feet above your head about 50 times)Basically you have to pray he never gets closer than 40m, and hope you're not laggin at all. Even if we get a 5 second head start, it would be something like:
You fail to knock down your opponent.
You put your opponent of fire
You run as hard as you can!
You use body shot 2 for 400 pts of dmg
You have been knocked down!
You are stunned!
You are dizzy!
You fall down!
You've been inca-
You've been slain by Mr. TKA
You've lost 50 faction points!
Most of us know that this isnt your teams fault.
And some of us just may stick around to see this games potential realized.
After reading the whole thing It reallys shows that you guys are dealing with some VERY FLAWED and under tested code that is torn apart by wolves (us) ... in short: Do your best
and make these fixes WORTH our money weve paid to test this game.

Nearly everything in this game revolves around combat in one form or another, be it the actual combat oriented players or the crafting professions that support them or the support professions that heal them. Why is the combat rebalance not the highest priority on the Dev's list of things to do? I understand that the Jedi community has some issue's, I have a Jedi myself, but overall they are a minor portion of the player base at this point.
The whole concept of adding more before fixing what is broken make's little sense becasue in the end you simply add more broken things to the list that need to be fixed and pushing things that have been on that list further down in priority.
Combat Rebalance is needed now not later.

Okay, did you read everything that he wrote? He clearly said in like 2 or 3 paragraphs that they want to test it in the "sandbox" to make sure they get everything right. If they put the CB out right now, and there is some exploit or bug, then you guys will be complaining about that. I can't believe I am stickin up for the devs, but they are just trying to get everything right before they have it go live.
