It should not take you more then 1 day to get this done. If it is delayed I wont be happy. There were a whole lot of people at Fan Fest but it cant be that hard. Its not like I really am DROOLING over beta testing. I just think I would be a good tester since I have been playing/paying into the RPG world for SoE for over 4 years. Whe the heck are these guys talking aboutVETZ. I was grinding on the monitor4 years agoon EQ and 8 years ago on Descent 1-2 and then 3. Manwassup with these morons crying about BETA. There is notthing fun about testing Games. ITS LIKE A JOB AND HAS to be DONE right.Wont be a whole lot of content either.
I am pushing this because Its just the fact of how things should be done. Accurate and correct. IF this isnt the case you will hear some moans from me for sure.

That not relevent to the issue. I have qualified under the terms they put forth. All I am saying is if they do not deliver, I wont be happy. I will give them one more Day before I blow my top. I am tired of dealing with KIDS. All I want is what was promised to me.

TH, do those of us who couldn't spend $1,000+ and fly half way (or fully) across the countryjust to geta BETA test disk have any hope of getting into the Veteran invites before October? If so, what's the estimate?
Doubt I'll get into BETA anyway. Seeing as I wasn't rich enough to spend all that money before, my chances now are pretty slim. Though I guess if I do get into BETA, I'll have one thing to look forward to the the Fan Fest attendants do not... I "earned" my spot in BETA, so to speak.

There were a few hundred people at fanfest - Sending out a few hundred email by HAND, while keeping track of key numbers etc is not something that will take 15 minutes to do. You talked in your original post about how you're not excited to beta JTL, yet your going to 'blow your top' if you dont get in right away?
It's people like you who should not be allowed to attend at all. People who jump down the dev's throats before anything has even happened yet. People who complain about a system they've never even seen. People who will NEVER be satisfied with ANY aspect of this _GAME_ because something didn't go their way one time, and they believe that the entire world revolves around them.
Truer words have never been spoken more or less lol, geting into a Beta requires Paciants lol, as any one that has done a Beta knows unless your under the NDA age limit
ive been in a few Beta's and im in one now but its great when your on the inside, though you cant tell the outside world any info you see or test about unless its other Beta testers testing it with you etc.... he its a hard thing for most to keep thier mouths shut even when they are under an NDA ive seen some poeple crack hints here and thier in my time and belive me some companys come crashing down on you from what ive seen hehe. So do be forwarnd hehe, hope I cang et an Inibte into JTL Beta lol me beig a Vet but as always paciants is a vertue, at least hte beta is downloadable from what I can gather fomr TH's posting

Or youll be able to fly your ship in a plant and just sit in it and people or the enemay AI cant shot you becauseof the planet lol but you can shot the... now that would be nasty

You do know what an NDA actually does right? - Apparently not, so let me explain.
An NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) protects intelectual property of corporate or private entities from disclosure of vital non-public information regarding their property. The purpose of an NDA is to keep people from stealing ideas or information that they should have no knowledge of.
It is public knowledge that people will be getting into JTL as part of a beta program - It's also public knowledge that it will be a download. The above post in no way violates any terms of a standard NDA, and i highly doubt that Sony would have put stipulations in their NDA that prevents people from saying 'I'm in the beta'

I am a Supervisor for a Online company and a Software Development student. I also handle many different aspects of our online company. I send out special announcements and deal with Customer rewards also Via Mass Email.
If it is hand picked it should have been done a long time ago.
SO what... They are hand picking it one by one and sending it out like that. Dont believe anything these guys tell you. I want what was promised - IT ISNT A BAG OF CANDY. It is a Software - THIS IS A MEDIA Giant - not a candy store. There is a big difference here buddy.

Hand picked is no excuse. Every single person should have got it at the same time. The servers should be able to handle it - otherwise they should make it more clear then what we have.

How come since I couldn't come to Fan Fest and I don't have the $$ to fork out like all of you richies ...why can't I get into a Beta test of an unreleased game that is not intended for launch until October 26th? It's not fair, I mean technically I should be able to get in blast things and PLAY...er beta testjust as much as the next guy? I feel I have the right to bog down the servers, pass by large amounts of bugs and never send in a single report so that I can get a chance of playing this game I've been waiting forever for ! Even more so than the FF people.... it just doesn't make sense. 
When I read posts that are similar to my above "dramatization" I laugh at you, and many many others do as well. You don't get in beta because you didn't go to FF. They only mentioned this entire marketing rule about a month before Fan Fest, where were you? Why are you all still posting these whines?
