I had these macroed and hot keyed to move stuff around my hospital, all the move furniture commands are working fine with the exception of moving items up or down. Can we get this fixed?





Check your macros please. I was messing around with furniture a few hours ago and had no problem with my macros.


For anyone that want's help with setting up a macro for furniture here is a template:



  • Move your tool bar to one of the layers you don’t use a lot. (Toolbar level #3 or 4 is popular).

  • Press ctrl-A to pull up your “Abilities” window

  • Select the “Macro” tab

  • Press the “New macro Button

  • In the box where it says, “Macro Text”, add your movement. For example:


    • /rotatefurniture left 45

    • /rotatefurniture left 90

    • /rotatefurniture left 180

    • /move forward 10

    • /move back 10

    • /move forward 5

    • /move back 5

    • /move forward 1

    • /move back 1

    • /movefurniture up 10

    • /movefurniture down 10

    • /movefurniture up 5

    • /movefurniture down 5

    • /movefurniture up 1

    • /movefurniture down 1

  • Name it in the name window.

  • Pick an icon and add it to the list.

  • Then drag the icon to the tool bar and moving things become much easier by using the customized buttons you just made.

Regarding the drop shadow fonts -- we are looking into this


Entertainment quests -- We needed to pull this because of some bugs that cropped up last minute inour internal testing.

Encumbrance for inventory has been added. If a player's inventory is overfull/overloaded by means of loot, quest rewards, etc, the player will no longer be able to move. If this occurs, a player will have to choose and delete an item from inventory before being able to move again. When you are overloaded by +1 items, your inventory icon begins to blink (like when you have email messages). When you are overloaded by +2 items, you get a big red message in the middle of your screen that never goes away that says "Inventory Overloaded - You can not move.



There is a post regarding this on the launchpad.

There is no bonus when it doesn't work period. Read the rifleman post on this (used to be stickied)

master rifleman have a speed of 90 which means we shoot strafe 2 every 2.5 seconds on average with a T21, and we still shoot for 2.5 seconds even if we have the FS ranged speed line. We should be shooting every second with the FS ranged speed line because we would be at 102 rifle speed. The FS melee speed line works correctly, but this one does not.


This has been ignored long enough (since pub 9 came out probably), please do something about it.

Hiya!

Just a little comment to the /move up Command :-)

I'm pretty sure nearly all players know how to use it (we have waited sooo long for this possiblity )

I noticed as with the release of P10 (could also be 9.X) that it is broken for some players and/or some (old? shouldn't matter) houses ... couldn't determine what's the reason/cases when it happens but not all player have this problem (as it seems). And no - the item doesn't start with 'up(')[texted Chair']

Here's a workaround for all the people that have a problem with up and down.

It seems there is a Exception-Handler implemented that checks for 'up up' and then directly move the targeted item to the direction. (Not tested with down down but I assume this should be working too)

=> If you can't use the /moveF up [No] command just write '/moveF up up [No]'.
{where [No] stands for number}

Please explain ''doesnt seem to work'' in 5 alternative ways, randomise coloring,increase font size & whatever - im sure its been bugged may dozen/hundreds of times.


Broken things dont get fixed... They get scheduled... Current Schedule:


Qtr 4 '04 = JTL


Otr 1 '05 = Combat Revamp


Qtr 2 '05 = Misc fix's/content


Qtr 3 '05 = Smugglar Revamp

FS Enhanced Ranged Speed is not working. Hasn't been since the initial release of pub 10. I have the full tree and get a 0% bonus. Please check the sticky thread in the Rifleman Forum, there is good information there. Also the ranged profession correspondents should have good information for you.


I have done some research into the issue and apparently FS Enhance Melee Speed is working for BOTH melee and ranged weapons. While FS Ranged speed isn't working for anything.


Please slot some dev time for this. This tree costs the equivalent of about 36 million weapons xp(!!!),and it isn't helping at all

I haven't been able to /movefurniture up XX for a while now. My house is just outside Kaadara, Naboo on Starsider if that matters. :-/ It's frustrating, so I just have fish sitting everywhere ready to hang on the wall...

There'sa change to the text windows... text suddenly has shadows. Though I enjoy the attempt to make things a bit "prettier," the truth is you're killin my eyes.


Any way we can get a toggle for this?


I liked the text with no shadow...
