Let me try this.. We have these ops guys that talk opsese and they are talking to these engineer dudes who talk enginese. They are all in a chat with the techs talking techese along with the DB's that I am not sure what language it is they speak (oraclese maybe?). At any rate they are all gabbing and everyone once in a while I see "Tiggs do you get that?" I just nod and smile at that point and tell you guys the servers are still being worked on =)

Sounds like the simple truth to me. If you want to waste your time being a fanboy, try doing it with a company that actually has customer service and doesnt treat you like crap.
For example...when SWG had all those start up problems, did SOE extend the free month....uh no. Blizzzard did, after problems that were less severe than what SWG had. And as far as getting help from a CSR...in this game its is a total JOKE. I was threatened with a claim of CSR harrassment simply because I didnt accept their lack of service and inability/unwillingness to address my problem and asked to speak to a manager...Blizzard's approach - you have a problem in game, but go offline when a CSR gets the ticket? NP, they actually send you a regular email,outside of the game, with an answer or fix.
So dont be surprised when customers actually appreciate competition in the marketplace.

Call me a fanboy if you wish, but I still love this game. I've been playing over a year now and find something new every day.
There's customer service in this game. I've had great response time and very helpful CSRs whenever I've had issues. Just because Blizzard and SOE run things differently doesn't make one company better than the other. I've been very impressed with all the Blizzard products and own all of them, with the exception of WoW. I played the Beta and wasn't all that impressed with it. I'm a big supporter of the Starcraft and Warcraft series, but will not be playing WoW. If you want to play that game, go right ahead, but don't keep coming here and bad mouthing SOE and the work they do. They work damn hard to put out a quality game and I see it getting a lot better as time goes on.

It would require her to be a smuggler to understand languages, and we all know what rednames think of smugglers... well, look, she just pounces them, not even a single second of female solidarity or compassion.
You could drive up to North County and drop some off for me. I just woke up and saw all this action. Reminds me of launch when the servers would shut down for days at a time and the come up with all sorts of probs. Well I see that the servers are loading again so I am going to veg out on the screen and see if I can be the first to log in.
I have to go to the Coach Outlet in Carlsbad Company Stores tommorrow to get my wife's Xmas present (shhh don't tell her!)
Anyhoo, I'm not looking forward to the traffic up there, damn I-5N corridor *shake fist*
