The only reason A'rien and I got in is the SOE Forum managers screwed up and made everyone a Combat Medic Correspondant for about 45 minutes or so. Now...wish I hadn't. But oh well. I'm gonna go on like nothing has happened, since that is what SOE wants us to think. Try to enjoy what time I have left I guess.

this is the one thing that concerms me directly


Warcry has been changed from being a single target lock down preventing it from attacking to a method of “crowd control”. Enemies can be temporarily prevented from attacking as long as they are not currently being attacked themselves



this means it has no practical use in pvp since people are being attacked from all angles... this is basicly the only one thing that master brawlers can get that (when it works mind you) keeps us from being kited


rethink this decision.. either that or make up for it by giving us better defence to specials like mind shot 4 or eye shot...


all you are doing is screwing the real melee templates out of anything.. i still havent seen a post that melee can now hit in transit.. that a rifle man is not slowed while running and executing mind shot with realative ease suffering little to no penalties for bing on the run one handed i might add


stop screwing with melee... you wanna nerf something nerf kd2 from tka... dont nerf warcry

Unbelieveable! I for the life of me cannot understand why this totally F'd up 30 second wait for pet to appear is still going in. We have had countless threads about how the reasons stated do not apply to the game anymore and how badly it will screw CH's and everyone else over some more, but mainly CH's. The same goes for the 60 second delay after combat, as I'm guessing by "after combat is concluded" they mean 'after aggro is lost', think about it. The only way this is fair is if all weapons have these penalties, not just CHs. They say it's griefing for a CH to pull his pet out during a fight, but not for a player to switch to flamethrower or other weapon in a fight. This is just plain wrong.

As it is, we cannot call a pet if aggro'd and that is acceptable. We cannot store a pet for 60 seconds after it has had aggro, this is barely acceptable. These proposed additional conditions are absolutely Not acceptable.


Why are the devs trying to get us all to quit the game?

Camp Restrictions Removed: After Publish 7, players will no longer be required to be in camps to pull out Vehicles, Mounts, Droids or Pets and can pull them out wherever they are, eliminating the player inconveniences of having to find rural areas far from cities, lairs and other no-build zones in order to build a camp. The basic rules of calling Vehicles, Mounts, Droids or Pets are:



· A player will not be able to call a vehicle/mount/pet/droid during combat or 60 seconds after combat is concluded.

· There is a 30 second delay after you call for a vehicle/mount/pet/droid before it will generate.

· A player will not be able to call a mount/pet/droid while mounted or on a vehicle.

· A player will not be able to call a vehicle while mounted or on a vehicle.

Given the premature vehicles autostores that have been occuring, doesn't a minute and a half wait to call a vehicle seem excessive?

Also, is any work being done to fix the vehicle dismount warping issue?

ummm... ok so if Jedi's are going to be able to be hunted and killed by bounty hunters... then shouldnt the bounty hunter be able to be targetted by anyone in the jedi's guild, or at least group. i mean, its not exactly fair if the jedi is standing in a huge group with his buddies and starts getting powned by a bounty hunter and all the friends can do is sit back and watch, and maybe apply heals

Hey TH, wondering what the reasoning is behind the Warcry nerf?

Just that I don't recall anyone asking for a nerf. There are plenty of other "broken" things. Warcry was something that actually worked.

Could you please please enlighten all the Brawlers?

i agree with garvin, commando's are getting a raw deal again...not only will we be kd/dizzy 99% of the time now it will be 100% of the time since they will never miss. I still refuse to believe that anyone is so dizzy that they NEVER get up. it's still funny that someone can punch me from the same range as an anti-personnel ranged weapon(flamethrower). please either increase our specials range or give us some defense. true balance means that i should have a 50/50 chance of winning against anyone, not have no chance against all melee's. if that is ultimately the goal ok, but until then after this patch commando's will have even less of a chance of doing anything.
