I would like to APPLAUD for the devs for 2 things
first: thats some damn nice credit guys!! its jsut what they deserve and i hope the credit for the retired hologrinders wel be just as fair
:d
second: APPLAUD woooo tnx for making a forum where people are actually happy :d see that wasn't to ahrd letting out that tiny bit off information.
I'm curious about my credit but u said its as fair as the unlocked ones i don't think it will be bad
again nice job on both things!!!

I did not unlock between publish 9 and 10 and thats so much better than the orginal thinking of OH Lets let them keep unlocking so they can grind for hours on end after words before they can get their jedi...
Glad you folks changed the results for those who unlocked in between 9 and 10!

But why not stop the grind right now? Just play! You are going to make it soon enough anyway, and the village is very fun!
My understanding is that the village is a lot more grinding. Also, with it being all in one area and all the people that will be doing it at one time won't it be seriously lagged? I know on TC2 it was camped during phase 4 so badly people weren't able to hit them. And this is with a cap of 500 people. It is going to be ugly on the servers. I can only imagine what Bria will turn into. Poor Dathomire.

in case you havent seen this 65 page thread just g
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=jedi&message.id=313455
read it and see what we have been asking for since before pub 9
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=jedi&message.id=313455
you want to talk about fairness?
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=jedi&message.id=313455
how about communication before an uproar on the boards?
http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=jedi&message.id=313455
how about even faking like you care? I for one am not gonna say good job and bow down to brown nose yer rear. like the whole 2 first pages of this post. the dev teams lack of truth and straight forwardness is disturbing. the dev teams lack of basic communication skills is sickening. after 9 weeks of the consumer asking for info from you 1. delayed the pub with no warning, which didnt happen before there was alwas some warning. 2. didnt have the common curtesy to inform us about anthing until several hours after the unannounced delay. 3. give us a chicken bone when we wanted the chicken.
the service to the consumer in this game is horrible. and as ive stated before to you JustG if this was not starwars i would have been gone long ago. If you want people to stop the hate or at least lessen it. learn to communicate on a regular basis communication is the key to success. trust me there will always be complainers but there will be a lot less of them if the communication was there. not halfed arsed attempts at communication after near riots.
am i angry YES. im mad as heck, but i wouldnt be half this way if you guys the devs would have just spent 10 mins a day actually reading many of the issues we are asking for your feedback on and actually responding to us and many of our issues. do you really need to have meetings to discuss what your going to post in reply before you do? makes me think so. You all may not be too concerned at the moment with loosing customers, but if the treatment of the past continues into the future and the next big thing comes rolling along.....you draw your own conclusions.

If you have completed, that is mastered the required profession, of only one (1) Holocron you should have the "Inner Glow" required to begin the FS quests.
If you have completed two (2) Holocrons you perhaps will have unlocked one tree of a FS profession of your choice. Maybe even be given the XP needed to fill it or get half-way up the tree. That's a bit much to be given the XP but the trees should at least be unlocked.
If you have completed three (3) Holocrons then maybe have two FS profession trees unlocked for you. And if you like the XP idea, give enough to fill one and a half of those trees.
If you have completed four (4) Holocros you might get something like five FS trees unlocked and perhaps enough XP to fill at least two maybe all.

JustG this is a great idea. Give "glow" and access to those that have completed at least 1 holocron profesion. So that they may at least access the Village. I am a little more open to what credit is recieved AFTER access to the Village is granted. The above suggestions are excellent, and someone else in the threed made an good suggestion on granting the xp that was used to grind said Holo profesions as force sensitive xp.

And what happens with people who grind lots of professions and no unlock?
Can you make "% holocredits" due to % mastered? We will see people with 31 professions without Jedi and condemned to begin the grinding again.

I am a pre pub 9 unlocker and I have a bit of advice for all the post 9 peeps. You might think about grinding your main into something useful now, for the way the system is set up I don't think it's possible for your new slot to be the force sensitive character. Time to start grinding some tka, fencer and medic skills for you are gonna need em. Go forth and kill with just a training sabre and no specials is going to be ugly and slow so spend those 218 points wisely. Just my 2 cents.
