We're in the middle of testing the current publish on Test Center right now. If all goes well, we will hopefully push it to live next week or thereabouts. If you get a chance, log onto the Test Center and check out some of the changes that are coming. I've been playing through the new "dungeon" and personally I think it is a vast improvement (lots more story info infused in it).

The next publish will focus on Player Cities. We're wrapping that up now and putting it on Internal test. Mounts is close behind that. I'm hoping to update the In Dev page in the next couple days with more some more details. This is of course in addition to bug fixes and added content.

We had a pretty large meeting today where we went over our priorities for the next couple of months. I think we struck a good balance between addressing current issues and adding new stuff. The important part of the meeting was shifting our gears from reactionary mode to live service mode. This entails having more solid dates. No, I can't go over them now, they still need review and approval. The point is the road ahead is looking a little more defined for the dev team.

Thats great to hear!!

Could you be more specific in what you mean by a balance between new content and corrections though?

What type of corrections are you working too?

Do you have a priority list in place, so that we can get a better feel for what we as individuals are waiting for??

Thanks

These have been available for several days now on TC. NOTE: Some live update notes were mixed up in there, but they include the TC big patch at the time

I wish I could get more specific. Sorry to tease you with cryptic info. When I get formal approval I'll give more details.

Matt, the coming update notes are on the Test Center (and In Testing).

Q, I know you said you couldn't give dates right now, and this might get you in trouble, but do you estimate the next "monthly" publish will be a month from now? Six weeks? Two months?

And will thepublish after next week's include thefinale ofCries of Alderaan, or will that get pushed out on a "monthly" basis rather than a "new chapter every publish" basis like it is now?

Thanks!

Q I am still curious how you guys are planning crowd control for these 'new' dungeons? Or will they be swamped day 1 until everyone is tired of them, then the smaller bands can pick thru the pieces?

I read on the other post 20% of the SWG prolly hit the forums while the rest dont bother. Adding static content can have its place just dont make this another campfest game like everyone and their brother did, I already see Krayt dragon camping by the select few who can solo them or do them with their pets and very small group.

Awesome info, thanks for the hard work!

Any word on when we will be able to copy characters to the test server? I would like to play...but I have about an hour and a half, max, per day to play. I can't justify working up a new toon, just to test the new stuff (much as I would like to...

Thanks,

Kel
