As you know, on August 6th, we put some preliminary changes to the Vendors on Test Center. These changes are part of the commodity server enhancements that we have pushed out. We apologize for any anxiety you may have experienced, but I’m glad to announce we’ve been able to make some good changes to the Vendor limits. While we can’t make the Vendor limits aggregate, we have doubled the number of Vendors merchants can acquire and also increased the amount of Artisan Vendors.



The revised Vendor limits are as follows:



Artisan Business III: Get (1) Vendor, that will hold (100) items, for a total of (100) items for all vendors


Artisan Business IV: Get (2) Vendor, that will hold (100) items, for a total of (200) items for all vendors


Merchant Novice: Get (3) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (750) items for all vendors


Merchant Management I: Get (4) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (1000) items for all vendors


Merchant Efficiency I: Get (5) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (1250) items for all vendors


Merchant Management II: Get (6) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (1500) items for all vendors


Merchant Efficiency II: Get (7) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (1750) items for all vendors


Merchant Management III: Get (8) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (2000) items for all vendors


Merchant Efficiency III: Get (9) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (2250) items for all vendors


Merchant Management IV: Get (10) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (2500) items for all vendors


Merchant Efficiency IV: Get (11) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (2750) items for all vendors


Master Merchant: Get (12) Vendors, that will hold (250) items, for a total of (3000) items for all vendors

Would it be possible ot have a maximum amount distributed over the marchant ?

(like at master, being able to chose to have 6 vendor but with 500 items in it, or 12 vendor with 250 ?)

I will admit... the limits still startle me... not exactly sure why they were put into play as they are, but at least the limits are much more reasonable than before...


I'm still not in the way of supporting vendor limits, but if they absolutely have to go live, this draft is a bit better than the last.


Please hurry and get p10 on live! I wanna start JTL asap, so that you can focus on the much needed combat balance.

But I have to ask.


Why give us more vendors rather than justboosting the limit on them? Does anyone really need 12 vendors??

12 vendors is awesome....I can definetely live with 250 items per if this is the case.
