Helpful Guidelines:

2. This thread is for TC Bug Reporting Only and NOT Live Servers. TC runs a different code base than Live.

3. Please post Bugs, Gameplay Problems, Exploits, and stuff that's Broken.




4. Please do not repeat bugs reports that have already been logged here. This thread is checked every day, so if its in this thread, the team has seen it.






SomeTips that are really helpful:



1. If something is gone, please log where the item used to be (Planet, Location X,Y)

2. If you find an NPC that doesn’t work, please provide a Name, Planet, Location X,Y

I am fairly new to TC, but everytime I try to access the Holocron (ctrl-H) i crash to desktop. I ran a full scan but i still crash every time.


Also I looted a Jacket on Naboo, that i can not use. (Sorry I forget the exact wording of the error message.)

Great work on the SEA explanations. Stuff like this is the documentation we have been CRAVING for some time and it is apprecitated.


Could you verify that the bug with putting a clothing tape with more than one modifier into a socketed piece of clothing shows all modifiers of the tape now? Or is this a publish 7 fix? Lost 900K on a tape that had structure experimentation +4and dodge +8 before and I am currently bidding on one in a similar vain. I just want to make sure the SEA in a new piece of clothing will work as noted in your (excellent) description.

-The amount of player ghosting seems to have doubled or tripled. On average, since the patch, I can only see about 2/3 of the members of any group I'm in (this was an issue friday and sat. This may not apply after the hotfix).

-Friends List is not telling me when friends are on line. Also, I have to manually refresh it to get it to properly show who is on.

-Carbines still kill the user faster than the thing they are shooing at. lol. Sorry, had to bring that up

-And the worst of the worst: Armorsmith is now broken Patches and layers no longer show stats. When experimenting, we have no idea what our experiments are doing to the piece since the only three stats that these items now possess is: Volume, Object Creator, and Serial Number. No encumbs, no special prots, nothing else. The items may well have these stats, but we'll never know what they are. Oh sure, we can still use experiment point, but we don't know what they do, if anything.

-Armorsmith crit fails actually increased if you can believe that. I have yet to make a piece (since the patch) without a crit failure or moderate success somewhere in the process. I found my longing for the days of 25% failures. 100% is a tad much.


With no reliable segments, no reliable layers, and a 100% failure rate, armorsmith isa non-usable proftill we get a fix imo.


I contacted a dev in game about the missing stats. He appeared within seconds (as is normally the case now. Awesome response time folks). He looked at the segments I'd made and was off to contact the other devs and get to work on the prob. So, I know this is being worked on. Thanx

Oh yeah, all the layers made pre-patch still have and are still showing all the normal stats. This only affects post patch stuff.

I was on my swoop almost into Mos Entha and was ejected from my speeder and incapped, I was not in combat and only 2 gorgs are within 75 of where I am. The incap timer is stuck at zero, healing by another character do not help. All stats are 1/1 except for health and action which are -100/1


I am perma incap'd on the desert floor, logging has not helped. I was able to logon to another toon on TC but going back to my Doctor toon he remains on the ground incap'd.


This happened when the day turned to instant night (a bug), I was fully buffed to all 9 stats (doc buffs/dancer/musician buff) no spice.

vehicle generate bug :

I took a shuttle from coronet on corellia to mos entha on tatooine.

I stored the vehicle in coronet and I tried to generate it in entha again.

I standed 10m from the exit of the starport, in entha, used ctrl D and got a message :

You can not generate a vehicle for 1853 seconds ... that are over 30 min

I left entha running and I tried it again when I got the message : you left mos entha.

Next message was :

You can not generate a vehicle for 33 seconds

I have tested all the announced Carbineer changes and they are working properly.


However, a leftover from Publish 6 is still not working. /chargeshot2 is still not working at all. no knockdown, no cone, no nuttin.

A workaround for the generate vehicle bug: Get into combat. It resets the timer. Worked for me on endor just fine. Couldn't generate my bike for 40mins in town or out. I got into a quick combat and stepped into town..poof! Instant spederbike

  • City : Update timer dosent show up anymore when using the terminal in the city hall.

  • Dots : Dmg done by Dots takes away exp from the total the mob should grant.

  • Dots : Healtshot 1 & 2, do an absurd ammount of initial dmg, making every other special move pointless.

I can sorta confirm this bug. I cannot travel buffed now. Food or Doctor buffs when using a shuttle will have you arrive incapped at your destination with either 1/1 stats or -1000/1 stats. Needless to say you cannot stand up even when the incap timer runs out, and the only way to resolve it is to quit and relaunch (to lose your buff).

vehicle bug workaround :


leave the town by feed Timer will be reseted too.



I just found a new bug :


You can not experimentBER anymore using solar generator deed. I always got BER 8, but I was able to experiment the storage size. I am not sure, but I think, I can experiment the manufactoring mechanism. No experiment there anymore. I used very good resources, a 14.40 structure crafting tool and a 31.96 crafting station.

The Corvette:


The map is higly confusing since it shows all 3 levels at once. It wasnt too bad with the Geo caves, but people were getting lost left and right.


Please put a warning on the escape pods. We accidently activated them twice last night. When one of the players disbanded and had to go. She hit the escape pods and pulled us all out. A message like when you go into the corvette would be nice. There really needs to be a way for one person to exit if they have to leave due to real life.


The Super Battle Droids are awesome and deadly. It took 3 high level TKMs and a high level polearm person to take one down. This will definetly be a 20 group place. It also needed multiple Drs, as deaths were occuring everywhere. We pretty well wiped out the med supplies of our 2 Master Drs with us.


The ticket person was handing out infinite tickets last night to the people who handed in the dossier. I think one person got 20 tickets because he thought we all needed one.


The bookcases were unsearchable by half the party last night. All they got was the examine option. This caused some grief because we all thought everyone had to have the documents.


The access codes for the prisoners, officers quarters starboard, and officers quarters port did not work at all last night. The only access code that we could get working was the bridge code.


The new rebel flight suit was a very cool item. Nice job.


Congrats on beefing up the tusken fort. I wish you would come up with another name then observer as he is so deadly. He is like a walking krayt in the fort. Took us way by suprise when he starting to hand us our heads.
