Novice, same for hospitals and threaters but you have to have a certain city level to place them.

Its not a politician level its a city level. If your city is at level two you can place it.



Hmm well you cant yourself but a master musician/dancer/chef can at any time as long as the city is at level 2.

I thought you needed Civic Policy III?

You do not need Civic III.

It needs to be placed by a Master Chef/Dancer/Entertainer I believe.

It requires a lvl 2 city, and a master entertainer, chef....etc..........................................to place

can a master entertainer/chef place the cantina then transfer ownership to someone else (non entertainer)? Has anyone tried this?



Also, can you have more than one cantina?

The Tatooine cantinas are unique in the game for having background music. No other cantinas do on other planets.
