Seems that everyone and their uncle has one, but I am finding it a lil difficult to acquire aworking one
The few that have been passed on to me, don't seem to work
(yes I dance to entertain, but if a guildie needs a buff, I just wanna be able to get it "done and over with" as soon as possible, so I can go back to entertaining)
Hope I'm not hitting any sore-spots in the Dancing Community....That is not my intent
Thanks in advance,
Maisland

I prefer my (non-recursive) Macro over any other that I have seen for buffing. Just run the following macro a second time when you get the /echo message:
/Flo 2;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/pause 8;
/Flo 2;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;

/Flo 1;
/pause 8;
/daz 2;
/echo Macro Run Complete;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;

/pause 8;
/Flo 2;
/Flo 1;

/Flo 2;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/pause 8;
/Flo 2;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/Flo 1;
/pause 8;
/daz 2;
/echo Macro Run Complete;
The good news with this macro is that it will work just fine when they remove recursive macros. Before they reduced buff times, I would run this macro 4 times, now I still use the same macro, but only need to run it twice.

Thank you for your responses, but I am still having a lil trouble.
Both these macros require heals. (I don't get buffed everytime I dance)
The second non-reocurring macro works great, only I need at least one full-action heal to complete the second part of it.
Is this how it is intended, or is there another way to do this without heals being necessary?
(my dancer is a Zebrak, and maxed on Action pool and substats)
Thanks again,

Drink a shot or two of good BE accarragm to shore up your Action secondaries before buffing using the overflo methods outlined here. The higher your Quickness, the less the per-flo action costs. Once your Quickness hits around 1500, flo actioncosts are effectively negated. That will take care of your need for heals mid-buff.

Word on the accarragm. I can drink two of those and spam flourishes like there's no tomorrow, never losing any significant amount of action. You might even be able to get by with a single accarragm, if your quickness is maxed.

Are you trying to dance wearing armour?

We think alike on this...
As a note, with my maxed Twi'lek Quickness of 750, and one shot of +418 (or so) BE accarragm, I can spam flos for buffing without much impact on action at all. If I was buffing back to back non-stop,a second shot of accarragm would eliminate my action costs totally.
If two shots of good BE accarragm aren't doing the trick (in my experience, that would give upwards of 800 quickness for two shots), and your quickness is maxed, there must be something dropping off your action secondaries in a huge way for you to not be able to flourish 5 times a tick for 2 minutes. Armor encumbrance would do that in a heartbeat.

If Accarragm doesn't do it for you, use Scrimpi (200-400 to Quickness for ~35 min) or Kiwik Clusjo Swirl (225-400 Quickness & Stamina for ~10 min) with it. (please note: the higher end quoted is with BE enhancements) Scrimpi and Kiwik Clusjo Swirl are both foods so they can be used with the drink. I'm Zabrak whick means sucky Action secondaries (nope..one hit of my best Accarragm won't even do it for me). If I'm going to be buffing for a prolonged period, such as during a raid,I combine Accarragm and Scrimpi. If I'm just dancing, I always use Accarragm and eat a Kiwik Clusjo Swirl if a friend asks for a buff.I rarely use more than one of each at a time but all that I use have BE additives which make them higher in power. I don't bother with Doc buffs..Docs don't like to buff just one or two stats as it leaves their buff packs uneven.
I've a BE/Chef alt, my best advice to you regarding food buffs is to shop around. Find a chef and make friends. You may have to make a deal with them to get them to make Scrimpi or Swirl as there is so little demand for them. I've always got them in stock onthe food vendor in my shop which caters to entertainers & I'm amazed that I sell so little ofthem yet hear so many entertainers complain that Accarragm just isn't enough (the vendor is named Action Foods & has nothing but action foods on it..you'd think they'd catch the hint).
If there is a really good spawn of fungi (primary ingredient in Accarragm) on your server, drop a harvester on it and make a deal with your chef. I've noticed that of the chefs on my server who bother to makeAccarragm (& not many do), very few will use their good components for it. My personal best on Accarragm is +422 for 45 min with 51 fill.

I concur with Deila that you must be buffing with armour on or poorly migrated stats. Twi's have slightly poor action stats (compared to other races) and I (As a dancing Twilek chef) can almost overflo buff on 1 BE accagram - i.e. same as Deila ( well actually 2 non-BE which is about the same ) - 2 is no problem ( in fact 1 non-BE and 1 BE is fine).

with the exception of Zabraks...
Action: 1300, Quickness: 450, Stamina: 400
That 700 Quick that Twi'leks can reach makes all the difference in the world.

Yeah, Esharra has a point there about Kiwik swirls being relatively unknown and hard to find. Once I found a chef willing to make it, I pre-order and buy several crates of it at a time. That and Accarragm. The perfect combo for my race and professions: Twi'lek - Dancer and TKM. I love the stuff!
