I have done extensive comparisons of the various races and have divided them into 4 categories. Only Rodians and Humans have significantly better Action stats than Twi'leks do. True, Twi'leks have a slightly lower Stamina than the others in the same category, but the difference is not great enough for them to go in any other category.

Races with Poor Action stats

• Trandoshans (1000/450/400)


• Zabraks (1300/450/400)

Races with Moderate Action stats:

• Mon Calimari (1000/450/550)


• Wookiees (1200/550/500)

Races with Good Action stats:

• Bothans (1300/750/500)


• Sullustans (1400/750/500)


• Twi'leks (1250/750/400)


• Ithorians (1100/750/500)

Races with Excellent Action stats:

• Humans (800*/1100/1100)


• Rodians (1200/650/850)

Although perhaps Humans should be in a category of their own as they can migrate their stats to the point where they can practically do a 2 minute buff with no boost to their stats. The poor Trandoshans and Zabraks tend to run out of action doing 1 flourish every 30 seconds and the Mon Calimari and Wookiees aren't much better off.

* Note: Technically, Humans could set any 2 of theirstats at 1100 with one other at 800 as long as all other stats are at the minimum values.

Edited to add the actual maximum Action/Quickness/Stamina numbers. (Twi'leks should not be griping about their action stats when there are 4 races with significantly worse stats that I have never seen making the same gripe.)
