At first thought, try Theed.
Coronet is notorious for being full of AFKers, and those of us who are live don't tend to like being around the AFKers. On many (not all) servers, Theed is much more a hotbed for live entertainment. Another place I've heard is good, again depending on server, is Mos Eisley.
There's a sticky thread in the Entertainer forum that lists many entertainer chat channels that can be used to find live entertainers, wherever they may be. You may want to give that a try .

Coronet is a pit. If you dislike getting healed there just imagine what it is like to play your entire game there. Bleh. /agree with Scip about Theed.

Where are the ATK people? I think you found a bunch of them by coming here.

I'm sorry gentlemen, I wish I could be dancing as myself instead of having my clone, with the semi-artificial module, in my place. I can be found in the Bria galaxy, in the outer rim territory, in a hole in the wall cantina in mos eisely. I would love nothing more than to entertain all day long, I love conversing with the patrons and making sure new arrivals don't end up in the sarlacc pit. It's just really tough right now, Jabba expects us to work double shifts with half the pay. He even took away our christmas bonus so he could buy a new sail barge. On top of the lousy pay he now expects us to rent space in the cantina every month. All these expenses add up and forces me to accept work elsewhere. I was hoping the customers would understand, and be content with the clone until things start looking up. The four hours during the week and most the weekends I can be myself, I am more than happy to greet and welcome every person who walks into the cantina.

However now that the entrepenaur pilot trainer has rented a room in the back it has become more depressing. I put on my sexy outfits and apply my makeup and dance my heart out when I am working, and it seems like everyone runs past me like I was just another protocol droid.

For those of you who understand the reasons why I can not be in the cantina all the time I thank you, and for those who don't I am regretfully sorry and wish I was able to change that.

I have to agree with everyone else, Theed is the place to go on Kettemoor too. Coronet is the seventh pit of hell for ATK performers. I haven't been there in months and then I was only there to see a friend. I went all the way to master there having to listen to the buff-bot macros all day long. I've no wish to relive that horror anytime soon.

If you ever come to Kettemoor we have tons of ATK performers in Theed. I haven't been spending as much time there as usual but even then I'm there several days a week for a couple hours at a time.

Same thing on Shadowfire also.
Coronet Cantina is nothing but a galactic cesspool most of the time.
Few times a group of us did try to dance there and at one point it actually looked promising but then it reverted again.
Theed is the place to go. Nine times out of ten you will find an ATK entertainer there.

Little of topic, but something does strikes me as funny.

In the beginning it was said the Jedi were to be hiding. Yet now you see them on every street corner flashing their pretty glow sticks for the galaxy to see and it is the Entertainers who are in hiding.

Does it mean we ARE the True Jedi?

Same story on StarSider, come to Theed for a real show. You may even find times when the people working there way up dance and music are selfless enough to organize into a group arrangement, Nalargon and box in the back, a horn section, some bass to the side, and the dancers in some fancy arrangement, and everyone working with bandflo's....

The sight of a dedicated, live and organized performance goes beyond your character getting some bf relief....it really can pull YOU the player out of the numbing sensation your brain puts out after 4 hours of beating up mokks, I'm told anyways.....

An idea we started tonight was to try to get the regular ATK entertainers from Theed to throw up a house by each other near the Lake Retreat and then get someone to place a barker droid outside the Theed cantina with the waypoint for live entertainertainment.

My regular dance partner already has a house set up for it and I have one as well. Not sure how well it will go over but if nothing else it'll be afk and buffbotfree.
