Thread: Proposal for Master Quest for Cantina Rug
I love this idea! Any sort of dancer specific rewards for quests or for missions would make the galaxy a more interesting place!

I think this is a great idea! Hope we can see something like this implemented. Thanks for posting it!

I was saying over the weekend in guildchat that there aren't nearly enough quests for low CL chars on the scale of the Kashyyyk or Syren quests. However it would have to be borne in mind that a CL1 one can get slain by a womprat, so Yavin and Endor would be quite a hazardous swoop ride.
The cantinas on the hunting worlds are all at starports so there's no need to get near any hazardous mobs or even pull a swoop as its rarely more than a 40m walk from the spawn point. Kashyyyk is the exception once you get outside of Kachiro

That's true, all though I have been incapped by the npcs at Smugglers on Endor.
I like the idea, just two remarks:
- The quest would need something challanging about it, something one could fail on - or at least not continue until it is solved. I am thinking about a riddle for the next location there. Basically this could work like the entertainer new player quest, but with the exception that the player gets true as well as false as well as incomplete or misleading information. The typical "Who is he liar" type of riddle, popular in logic trainer, the "Mark of Intellect".
Or a dialogue with someone who gives you the information, but gives you misleading information that will effectively make you do errand jobs for him if you don't choose wisely. The number of jobs depends on the number of wrong answer. Comparable to the information the NPCs in the new players quest for entertainer give away.
Or maybe make the next location dependant on circumstances. Like the theater or cantina or hotel within the city with the most player activity on a given planet, not including major cities such as Theed or Coronet. - Instead of a rug the player could get the ability to simply apply themes or textures to cantinas allowing them to apply basic themes to the walls, floor, the bar, the shelves, the stairs and the stage. These "Themes" should only change the look of an (empty) cantina, not change the shape of it. (Except the ceiling maybe)
I'd also appreciate if there were different missions types, aligned with the factions as in JTL (Rebel, Imperial, Smuggler, RSF, CorSec).
Depending how common these modifications should be the last task should possibly be relatively difficult.
For example "A beach party with at least 40 people attending at once. A firework with this and that requirements and soandso many master ranger camps on this planet within 500 meters from the northern Naboo coastline."
Once you assemble the clues to find where the missing members are you take the evidence back to the trainer who is an old fan and he gives you a special [Insert made up famous band] rug for musicians and a special clothing item for dancers which works like the SE goggles in that you cannot trade em but they have a colour option (as most dancers are finicky and change their colour alot).
