Thread: Why I love Dancing: Poll
Here are a few of mine:- The other Dancers I meet... we are fun people!
- Picking out costumes and having an excuse to shop
- The new players in the Cantinas, they are always so excited! I love that.
- Making friends with patrons and having people want me to "tag along" for hunts
- Fun loot pressies patrons bring me
- All of the attention I get as a Dancer
- The dancing!
What do you love? 
Dancing!
Anywhere, anytime that I can get a moment from everything else to /startDance
- First and foremost - I simply have to dance. Dance is . . . me.
- Its one of my two mostfavorite things to do with Roho (well, besides /kiss and /hug, of course! What did you think? )
- Its what I enjoy doing best with my dearest friends - all of whom are entertaniners
- I love to meet, help and entertain people.
- C - Its one of the best ways to role play!
I'm sure there are more reasons - but I have to get to work!
Good question Panthu, it lets us take are collective minds off our troubles and look at what is right with our profession. Here goes my list:
- Meet people and make friends! When I started out I could never have envisioned where I am now.
- The ability to be creative in an "active" format. I am an artist at heart and it alows me to channel those creative ideas. The reverse is also true. The in-game atmosphere has fueled my external creativity.
- Performing in a large group is an absolute blast! The Bria Cantina Crawls have become infamous, much like their creator, I look forward to each and everyone. A slight aside here. It looks like we have a tentative CC this coming Friday.
- Did I mention friends?
- Clothes. The vice, bane and addiction of Entertainers everywhere.
- I love to help people. This prof allows me to do that.
- The roleplaying aspect is fabulous. It has allowed Lei toevolve from a "throw-away" character to one I love, cherish and could not dream of being without.
- And lastly did I mention friends?
When you look at it like that, there is definitely something good abot the prof.

First and foremost for me is the dancing. I have no idea why, but I took to dancing like a fat kid on a smartie. I'm waiting for a shuttle, I dance. Hanging out chatting with friends, I dance. On a hunt waiting for people to destroy the lair, I dance.
Second, I'm just WAY too into being the center of attention! It's great having all eyes on me, it's such a rush! That includes when I dance with others.
Third I've got to say is the I'm a clothing FREAK! I have a cantina, a house, a bank, and I still don't have enough space for clothes.
But I think most of all is meeting others. Being a dancer on Lowca, there isn't too much of a Dancer community that I've been able to find, which is truly unfortunate. But when there's a larger event going on, all the same entertainers show up and put on such a great show!!
- I get to wear comfortable clothing all the time, not that armor crap. That's gotta pinch in the worst places
- I never die
- The only equipment that matters is the equipment under the clothing
- I'm usually only a few steps from a bartender stocked with great drinks
- I'm constantly surrounded by sexy people often wearing very little
- Every night I meet new people
- Poplock
- My 'weapon' never wears out
- I can create a disco ball out of thin air
- People like me for who I am, not what I am
- I'm in great shape and my stamina is amazing
- If I fall down drunk, someone almost always takes me home
- What other profession can you walk around in nothing but hawtpants and not look inappropriate?

I have a dancer alt. He's one of my favorite characters because:
- Everyone is constantly asking where he is
- I love finding different outlandish outfits to freak everyone out (my nude tactical skinsuit with an ubese helmet, mercenary bandolier and tusken rifle went over well)
- It's one of the rare places where I can just sit and enjoy a conversation with another player without them trying to kill me
- Panthu is TEH ROXXORS.
I know it's tough with all the AFKers, but once hologrinding is gone, cantinas are going to be even more fun to hang out in.

Erm . . . did you forget your less than stellar return to SWG, Javy? Your dancing prowess didn't go over well with those Tuskens!

The truth is, they captured me, they didn't kill me. They then insisted I remove my beautiful gypsy clothing in favor of bland Tatooine style robes, shave my head and put on a tusken mask. They also insisted that I begin carrying a stick-like weapon and cease dancing.

He said he woke up from a drunken stupor, lostin the middle of the Tatooine desert with no idea of how he got where he was or why he was there. As soon as he started to head back to civilization, he was attacked by a band of Tusken Raiders and killed. Perhaps they were upset that he didn't have any brandy left to share . . . .
