Was dancing for our guild doctor last night and she said I had enhanced her mind pool by 150. Neither of us are really certain it was my dancing that did this. Anyone know for sure if entertainers are buffing the audience?

Master dancer does give a mind buff. Also it takes just a little bit to get it going.

Actually a Master dancer will enhance the mind by +500, they just have to watch longer.

And as far as i can tell the Master Musician version stacks for a max +1000 mind enhancement.

This can be a really good PvP tool if you bring some entertainers with you on large scale engagements.

How long does this buff last and how long does it take to buff? I am a rifleman and am very interested in this. Does it self buff you also and does it work in camps or just cantinas?

My customers have commented on this after watching me. Highest buff reported so far was 300. duration time, 10 minutes.

Thanks will have tocheck it out tonight. Kinda was hoping it was longer like the Doctor buff, guess I will have to race to my mission point to take advantage of this buff.

Ok tried this and did not see a buff in camps or cantinas. Any of you virtual divas that can explain this buff and how it happens would be greatly appriciated. Thanks and sorry to bug you all again, but as a rifleman with a bugged T-21 any mind healing/buff help would be great.

I do more mind damage to myself than my target sometimes.

Yes, I think the mind enhancement buffs are great! Some ppl notice it and do tip accordingly too.

Ok here is the break down on how to actually apply the buff.

Time is a consideration, so the longer you watch the more the buff is. Up to a max of +500 mind.

If you watch a Master dancer for roughly 5 minutes then stop watching them (you have to physically stop watching with the radial menu) The buff will be applied. IT gives roughly 100 mind for each minute that you watch. If you get the mind buff from a Master Dancer or Musician, and you go back to watch them again while the Buff is in effect it will wear off immediately.

The amount of time that you watch is also the variable that determines the length of time that it lasts, roughly 2 minutes for each minute that you watch. So if you watch for five minutes you will get +500 mind and it will last for 2 minutes.

This WILL work in camps, i have tested this with a friend, just do as you do in Cantina's watch the entertainer for 5 minutes then use the Radial menu to stop watching. Buff is applied when you stop watching! It will wear off if you go back to watching them again before the buff ends.

And to clarify this buff is only applied by watching a Master musician or a Master Dancer.

Master Entertainer doesnt give this buff nor novice dancer or musician.

Perhaps you shouldcopy it in the game guide forum. I think not many people know this. For me it was absolutly new.

Is there a possibility to buff yourself while dancing?

I have not found a way to buff yourself.

Although we can heal our own BF and or own mind wounds there is no way to Physically watch yourself.

The buff requires watching from the radial menu then stop watching while doing the same with the radial menu.

Unfortunately you cannot "Watch" yourself i don't see a way to buff yourself.

Sure you can target your self with CTRL 1 but you can't get a radial menu to pop up.

If i do find a way to do it i will add that info to this forum.
