Dancer Archive

about 15 seconds after landing in Bestine I was incap'd by a thug. I had the sound down so didn't realize I was in combat. With the new icons for combat and with the damage effects having changed.. well I barely scratched the thug despite being master rifles.. Clearly I'll need to spend a few hours relearning the profession. /sigh

Well so far I've been ok on my dancer but my CL40 MBE/Partial Pistoleer almost got incapped by a CL15 O.o....

My non-combatant tailor on Bria hasn't been killed yet, but that's probably because I haven't left my shop yet. Yesterday there was a level 2 chuba outside my front door that seemed to look at me in a very menacing and strangely calculating way... I didn't dare leave

I'm not so sure about that, Eshie. The forum has been different all day today in Netscape. They changed something (and more than just the search feature). If this works, then posting is fine on IE, but I just tried to do this same post in Netscape and it didn't work.

It's been screwy in IE & Foxfire too. It is usually taking multiple attempts for me to get off a post in IE.

I flew all the way to the village on dathomir and back to the outpost without getting incapped or death blowed!

I had a great time though, my heart was racing and there was excitement again, a sense of real danger on a dangerous planet.

I haven't had an adreneline rush like that in this game ever!

So I like the added element of danger! Granted that if I do get killed running to my factory, I'll whine a little bit but that's what used to happen to me anyways before we got speeders.

Well... I was in Mos Eisle Cantina dancing when the Servers went down. After finally being able to log back in I find that not one single weapon in my inventory is usuable by me.

But I had one mounted on the wall of my house that I was sure I could use.

So.

I walked out of the Cantina, weaponless and defenseless...

I walked into the Starport; only to find that I left my Ship at Bestine. I decided to explore a little, hopped on my Speederbike and road from Mos Eisle, to Anchorhead, to Bestine...

Nothing ever bothered attack me or chase me. I took my ship from Bestine, to Mos Entha... my House is a ways east of there.. isolated in the hills and mountains with maybe 3 or 4 other houses belonging to a few Guild Mates... We have a beautiful view from our roofs of the mountainous area were no one has built.

So I road my bike out of Mos Entha... crossed the open, wild landscape to my house... crossed paths with a few Desert Demons... but again, nothing bothered to chase me or attack me.

I picked up the gun I left mounted on my Wall, that it was a Level 6 gun and that I could use it.. Walked out to my front porch and promptly took out a group of 5 Kreetles gathered around my house... then road back to Mos Entha.

I have yet to be incapped...

For the Record... Master Dancer/ and 4004 Marksman...

Firefox works fine now; perhaps your settings got changed in your Preferences... see CLICKIE for the Fix.

Works like a charm for me now and Firefox is still my favored Browser.

Currently Level 14... Took out a Mission in Bestine to kill Worts and went to waypoint... found a lair of 5 Worts at Level 12... killed them all, no incap. Used a Level 6 DLT20 Rifle. No buffs, and no group.
