err sorry to say this , you guys failed to see my point in doing this lol,I posted this up to prove I wasNOT wrong and that the macro does work. After all your crying and calling me a liar and saying I didnt know whatI was doing, in the endI win its there and peoplewill see that in FACT IT WORKS.

And after all itcan still be used, all thats changing is the 'loop' so some minor adjustments tothe macro and itwill still work lol... people see that I was right and the macro actually does work... lableingyou one sighted dogs as idiots...

The whole matter is you really gained nothing on this issue. All that was done was what the devs do best.. take from all other proffessions to give to one, leading toa whole other problem....

Lets see the benefits here when they implement this, grinding will be alot worse, good luck clicking away. how long willhalf of you remain entertainers? will you actually be in a cantina for hours and hours on end serving the hungry hunters and pvpers?I hear all the crying on macros but in the end we all lost....including sony on the many accounts that become virtually useless....

No one here can actually say they have never used a macro to do anything in game, so lets not act all innocent..... one good thing about buffbots they were allways there for everyone to use with out discrimination, but im eager to see the turnout of this....

So lets not cheer for victory because we all know due to the devs history with drastic changes like this comes huge consequences and this one was at everyones expense.

No need to wait and see the turn out. It would appear they have made the decision to remove it. BUT we still have say in how far it goes(don't want it going so far that I can't macro a /ui clothing change), and we all need to remember they aren't removing macros. A lot of the more "useful" macros like the CoB just require people to write out a longer macro and just hit the button every so often. I know they didn't do this JUST for entertainers. The game feels sort of exciting right now.. for the first time in a very long time. Not only do we have JtL coming but the hologrind ends soon and they just fixed NPC specials. And while the total Combat revamp is delayed it seems they are really honestly working on things to change the way the entire game feels and how everyone plays it. I still don't expect to see much if any game wide altering changes like the macro system change until after JtL and it's bug fixes. But it gives me hope.

It does, doesn't it? Sort of like, maybe everything might be starting to come together.

It sure feels like a lot of major progress, I'll say that much.

Chu, let me speak for every real entertainer who, at times like this, depends on people like me to say what they're thinking and are too polite to say.

You are an idiot. You probably have few, if any, redeeming qualities. You are a sad, pathetic littleboy bent on making other people's gameplay a living hell.I laugh at you, because your sad, sorry life consists of purposely attempting to ruin what is, at the end of the day, just a hobby, an outlet. You are also remarkably bad at attempting to do so. Your 'macros' are terrible. Your grammar is terrible. Your spelling is terrible.

I laugh at you, because you've spent pathetic amounts of time and energy posting these awful excuses for buffing macros on the boards, and now the devs are getting rid of looping macros.

You should stop posting. I think this would be best all around.

Bye bye.

lol your an idiot , just because my opion differs from yours it makes you such a greatperson to attack me?? plzz get a life. I am not the only person who feels this way and wont be the last on this issue.

Just like you I pay 15 bucks a month and have 2 accounts and play every chance. So like it or not my opinion is valid.. Fact is theres many who dont agree over this matter but i assure you like I said it changes nothing ... read this

As long as you can call macro_B from within macro_A, then nothing will change. You can write a very long macro out of game in a text editor and alias it ingame.

I imagine the macro would look something like:

/macro Go_Do_Something; /pause 60;

/macro Go_Do_Something; /pause 60;

/macro Go_Do_Something; /pause 60;

/macro Go_Do_Something; /pause 60;

/macro Go_Do_Something; /pause 60;

repeat ad nauseum

So really, unless you are prevented from calling a macro or calling a toolbar slot, then all this change will do is make it only slightly more trouble to do.

fest your eyes
