Thread: Away from the cantina?
I hope that everyone would hold this as a "wish thread" and not make it useless to me by reiterating discussions about health inequity, equipping armor and other topics that we've exhausted elsewhere. I know those issues are important to us. They are very important to me. Now, let's see opinions of what you would like to do if health, armor, &c were not issues for you right now.

When I'm away from the cantina I like to do any/all of the following (in no particular order):
Explore. There's some amazing places and some of the oddest ruins/objects in out of the way places
Hunt. For both money and for various creature resources
Kill. Sometimes the Empire needs a little culling
Take odd jobs for rewards. A couple of night ago I managed to burst run through the Geo cave to get the Quest Mount. It was quite exciting.
Just hang out with friends. Either in a camp, a house, or just in a scenic spot somewhere
Join a group going on a dangerous mission. Either an official mission like the Corvette or an "unofficial" "hey I found some krayts" gathering
There are times when I go out solo but for the most part I enjoy going with people.
What can I say... I'm sadistic. Ava's also a pilot, so I'll do a few space missions if the mood strikes me. I can't do much exploring these days because of her combat level, but I have Fuschia for that. I placed the first theatre on Naboo on Kettemoor.
I took it down. Generic houses make better closets.
I still have the deed. I am a retired IATSE stagehand. I would =love= to have a working theatre. I want lighting, I want scenery that can be "flown out", I want remote flashpots, I want a center stage trap door...
But I'll settle for being able to set props on the stage, and /ban for the audience area not just backstage.
I am always on a never ending search to find a fine female Wookiee companion for good conversation, laughs, and the occasional walk on a Naboo beach.
And the rest of the time I go off on guild hunts and try to keep people alive.
1) explore, explore, explore some more! I love wandering a planet and finding all of the things that alot of people seem to not care to see. I want to stop and "smell the roses" on every planet. 4 done meter by meter and enjoyed every hour of it.
2) NPC quests small and large. talk to any NPC and do the silly little missions for them.
3) Loot kit items/shopping for them. Basically treausre hunting for weeks on end. I won't use the global vendor thingy as this takes all my fun out of shopping!
4) egg hunting. Not sure why I do this but has become an obsession at this point LOL.
5) resource gathering, either via survey or hunting, with or without a group.
1) Image designing. Lately it's become my favorite hobby. I like freaking people out by showing them with pink hair (or skin) before changing them to whatever it is they intended.
2) Decorating my theatre or the home I share with my husband.
3) Factional hunting. I was on a faction race with my husband. He's a major and I am only Lt.
4) Trolling the bazaars to find gifts for my guildmates and friends.

Couldn't have said that better myself. The perk of being a patron, instead of an entertainer, is that my template is set to that kind of element.
I would like to see more emphasis on racing(More so than just getting badges)...a swoop contest would be fun...and of course gambling. The Hotels need to have more games made available.

- I like to decorate my house. Got a few of the new wookie Books, and Potions and things to place. (Thx Ades)
- Hunting with my guildmate jedi, cause they need people to hunt with they can trust.
- Cauing trouble in guild chat (usually by telling jokes that are alttle PG, Guild No no)
- Reading the forums (I call it away from the cantina when I'm there and just bored, so I tab out and read the forums alttle)

Do you mean what kind of dancer related activities do I do and wish for? Or, things I do which may have nothing to do with dancing?
Well, as a dancer: I like performing in places other than the Cantinas, such as starports...or really any place where there's a lot of people, and they consider it unusual or a treat to see someone performing there.
I would like to be able to be useful in combat. I know that's probably never going to happen. But, I really enjoyed back in the day when I'd go on hunts or PvP and people would set up camps and I could heal wounds or buff people. I'd like BF to be able to be healed in camps.
I go to player held events.
Performing in shows with a band and/or dance troupe.
Of course, my wishlist includes more dances, and more tools to use with dancing, such as /startband, etc...and props
As a non-dancer: Killing for cash.
Working on FS stuff
