Thread: Applying the Mind Buff, a Guide to buffing.
OK I've gone cross eyed looking for this, so if this has already been answered please link me and let me know, and I'll go look.
Do spice and or food buffs stack with dancer mind buff?
I've had several buffs fail (on covert targets, I'm very careful about that now! *blush*) and the common thread seems to be the Pixie.
I've not yet been able to have a group sit still long enough to group buff them..........the group I had the other night decided they wanted to run outside and kill (insert opposite faction here) rather than get buffed, so halfway through half of them died. *chuckle*

Just made master dancer,
I tried /setperf and buffing a friend, I have no stat enhancing items, or skill enhancing items.
I danced for a mere six minutes and had him /stopwatch at that point. It applied a 700pnt mind buff that was still up an hour later when I logged. I did my normal 12 pause flourishes.

My TKA have dance 4 in novice Entertainer, and healing 2 . I did for the heck of it /setperform to my other toon Mast doc/mast CM and it said you direct all your attention to %tt . Ill check in 8 minutes to see if it buffed him or not. If your in a group doign a group mind buff, how does every one get the benefit of it ? is there a command liek setperform ? or do they just have to be grouped with you and be watching you ?
Also does my own mind get buffed also when i either do a /setperform for a single person ? or will it get buffed itself if i do group mind buff ? or neither ? or how would i buff my own mind if it doesnt work like that
I'm betting that /watch in a group is just as bugged as /listen. If I am dancing with a group and I want to listen to the band to know when to change dances I have to /listen to someone =BEFORE= I join the group, or I have zero chance of being able to. I've noticed this on both Kettemoor and Starsider server.
And unless someone can prove otherwise, I say group buff doesn't work =at=all=.

If you are referring to how /watch and /listen doesn't work, and watch and listen aren't on the radial menu due to too many options, you can right click on their name in the group window to get the full menu, not limited to 8 options.
