It could be possible that wounds are still disabled/bugged.
Also remember you're fighting extreme low level mobs there, and BF never had much influence unless it was above 200 or so, then it started to have influence (most notably for everyone it lowered your buffs, but there were other things, that thanks to buffs could be ignored though).

Actually, since the last time I played people had wounds that they couldn't get healed because there are no docs. My brother had lots of wounds. There was an option on the frogs to heal, but it was disabled.
I know when I first started in live, I started getting wounds and bf right away. So, I'm really just comparing my experience on TC to that. Now, I've payed attention to the con system and haven't been incapped a lot, and haven't died yet, so the creatures have all been at my level. I'm wondering if you play like that all the time...only fighting at your level...if you will ever get wounds or bf? Not that that would be any fun, but just curious.

Perhaps because the process for healing mind wounds and BF has been passive.
