Mind buffs take too long. If you are buffing a group of people (say 4-5) it can take 30-45 minutes to do all the buffing. By that time, the first person you buffed is 1/2 way to going back to normal.
You can buff a group of people at the same time, refer to the passive buff part of the How to Buff Guide.
