He did? Hmm.. didn't post about it then. I hit master about 3 weeks after the game went live. Know some women got it before me but didn't realize another guy was close or beat me, heh.

I wasn't trying to do it that fast really, just couldn't stop dancing, lol. And had a great group to support me.

Well, uh, you were part of the original TC crowd that used to hang out with the Devs. You are like a dadgum idol on TC and to anyone who remembers those days, lol. Deila is very well known through her efforts as the leader of LIVE, one of the best known entertainer organizations in the game. Soooo, that leaves me... who was and still is pretty much a nobody. I just show up at a lot of parties and remember everyone's name, hehe.

I agree with n'Jessi, you can't count on the people you want to get the job getting picked. So if you care about the position, you really should apply yourself. This term is really going to demand a terminally good attitude to get through it, so if you think you can stay positive about the prof no matter what happens, you should apply. (You also need to have a lot of time on your hands because Dancer posters like to see you out here a lot! )

Heheh, your not going back far enough tho hon. I may of been one of the old school Test Center members, but that wasn't until after I became Correspondent, hehe. My original Dancer who basically got shelved for good was on Corbantis, heh. Have you remember tho, I became a Correspondent like a month into the game... so a lot of people don't remember there ever being a time post live where there wasn't a Correspondent.

People knew me on the boards cause I posted a decent amount, I was the first Male Master Dancer as far posts on the boards would indicate. So I guess I wasn't a nobody... but I was hardly someone you'd call popular. Heh.

I really wish I could do this too, Ive been a dancer since late may of 2004. it was my first, favorite, and has been my longest kept profession. the thought of giving it up greatly upsets me, and I fear for my fellow entertainers and I. I don't know if I could play SWG with all these changes, and I know Im not alone. I hear so much about how the Devs dont care, and how they aren't catering to older players anymore, and I really just wish everything could be sorted out. I am very nervous....this game is my addiction... what's a TV? ---

at any rate,i jsut wanted to say that whoever gets this Job, please please please do your very best for me and everyone else, i know you'll try and my best wishes, luck, prayers, and everything else Ive got is is going out too you. The only reason I don't think i could do this is because Im so concerned over this I dont know if I could keep my composure. heh. Once again, goodluck!

Since I've had both as well, I still think I should be allowed to skip the entire corre application process and move directly into blue glowie island.

(No, I'm not applying, don't worry....too much.)

I haven't been around here in a very long time. I'd heard that Deila was leaving as Corr. And I heard some other thing as well. But I've given up on dancer. For several reasons.

I have a friend that deleted her toon because she is tired of not having what used to be fulfilling here in SWG or on our server. I to have grown far more bored with the lack of "true entertainment".

I'd joined a guild that I thought was right for me. But it more or less disappated. Then I joined another...same thing. Then I joined a guild of fighters and gave my services unto them as a guild special, but they still turned and ran to the buff bots of Theed and Coronet. Even my in game boyfriend gets buffs from buff bots and he has a toon that is a dancer. I buffed him maybe once in our time of knowing each other.

There is a serious lack of respect for live entertainers and entertainers at all. So I truly hope that the next corr gets past the buffbot thing and don't bother to mention it anymore as nothing is ever going to be done about that part of the game.

I like that ents got new dances and songs and the ID SP cap was changed. hooray, but I don't see anything else changing as the community is dwendling very slowly. It's scary. And I hate that I left dance. But I had no other options. And RP on Ahazi is nonexistant. So the server is really beginning to suck big time.
