Damper is Australian bread. Don't know anything else about it though. The truth of the matter is I only know as much as I do from my daughter's Scooby-Doo and The Legend of the Vampire DVD.

Now as far a cooking goes, I don't really have a bad experience to relate. I had been working in professional kitchens since I was 16 all the way through college...I learned to cook from people who do it for 100's of people at a time... Of course it means I'm lost in my own damn kitchen. I can't seem to cook unless I have at least 3 feet of grill to work with...

Awwww, baby banthas!!
I was given a baby bantha as a gift from my fave CH and had him named Snuffy. I love the lil trick they do that makes them stand on their head!

For a while, you guys had me doubting the fact that normal people can cook. O_o Thankfully somebody provedI might beincorrect last night when my girlfriend made the best grilled chicken salad I've ever had. And that amazingstir-fry the night before....
Anyway, just letting everybody know it's possible to make it through a meal without destroying something! All of you crazy people....
(And yes Esh, she's cooking for me now. Alot. I even push her cart at the supermarket. 
)
