Actually Diamond.. please don't generalize the male gender.
I have emotional connections with my friends.. and this so called fighting dirty doesn't really affect me.
It comes from having confidence in yourself and the ability to look inside and see if what the other person is saying is really true or not.
Men are not as stupid as you think they are.
Having met a few individuals from Psy Ops I can safely say you're both wrong. The team was made of both men and women and the dirtiest fighters are when the both get together and brainstorm. Men don't pull punches any more than women do in that group. The divorced wives of those men and the divorced husbands of those women are probably STILL curlled up in the fetal position to this day.
Flawed, you've proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that you don't fight fair and Alex you've proven the same.
Now, back to the dance advice please!

--I read this as the typical fight between two men has 'rules', ie no punching below the belt, no eye-gouging etc. Whereas women getting into a cat-fight can be no holds barred
"men's egos can be so...Fragile."
--I understood this in the context. She was talking about someone who was being an a-hole and couldn't take a hint. He probably wasn't the most confident individual to begin with so his ego probably was no doubt a little fragile. As noted with the "you look fat" shaking a woman's self-esteem, a fragile ego is a human foible, not just a male one

I was really enjoying this thread until it got into a gender arguement.
First of all, thereisn't such a thing as "fighting fair". Think about that statement. If people are fighting, they are going to do everything they can to neutralize the perceived source of the attack (fight/flight response....I'm sure most everyone is at least vaguely familiar with this concept).Fairness is for times of peace, not of crisis.The examples mentioned, war,divorce and so forth are all times of crisis (and please don't confuse this with competitiveness, ie, the desire to win....they are two different things.....).
And as far as gender perceptions go,they change all the time, and are different for a variety of reasons including age, culture, socioeconomic class, etc. It always saddens me when people use history to say that one gender is "better" or "worse" than another. Humans in general can be saints or monsters for so many reasons, and most fall somewhere in-between.
And whether you love, like, or hate your opposite gender, don't you think the worldwould bea much more boring place without themaround?
So,back to thethread topic! I'm really looking foward to being able to do more advanced dancing, andI've really liked this thread because it'sdiscussingsome interesting side issues that I didn't even think about when picking up dancing as a skill.

But, i must point out, if both men and women have the same capacity to be equally intelligent, and men ALSO have the superior physique to go with the intelligence, then you can deduce that it sets them on a pedestal above women.
In your own medieval view, perhaps. Superior physique probably meant something in the Bronze Age. Today, however, it means very little beyond personal ego or a trophy in a body building contest.
Think of it this way: If superior physique is the difference between a man and a woman that makes man "superior", why is then an adult male gorilla not superior to a Man? The simple answer is because it has been our MINDS that have allowed mankind to survive and thrive in a predatory primitive world. Our brains are not the largest in the animal kingdom, but they are certainly the most highly-developed. Our brains allowed us to elude Sabre-toothed cats and kill huge mammoths, not our muscles.
So you can compare your physique to a gorilla's all you want but what really determines a human being's success in life is his or her brain power.
While on the topic of chivalry, you might want to re-read your history books on time and era. While "SOME" individuals lived under the chivalrous code, most men did not.
FYI, Aleksandr, I have a degree in History. Your generalizations and inaccuracies would not have gotten you far in the classes I took.
You don't have the physical constitution to back up your actions against a man. (Most men obviously). And i agree/disagree with "most men have half there brains between their legs." Sad but true. But that's biology. We get aroused, testosterone is pumped into our blood stream and the signals that our brain sends the rest of the body get muffled and blocked. The discovered this in a recent study. So the myth of the "Man thinking with his **edit**" is true. But it's not our fault, its biology.
A "recent study"? Good lord, this is grade school biology stuff, Aleksandr, don't overdramatize it
And back to the topic - it does not matter if it's "your fault". Biology only has a small influence on our conscious decisions - such as whether a Man sees a woman as a pathetic object of his abuse. Most men today (generalizing again) realize the real worth an equal partner can have in their lives, and those men are getting the rewards while the Neanderthals are posing their pecs in front of the mirror. It actually has more to do with environment than genetics.
The point being that Flawed Diamond's methods are extremely effective exactly because so many men have not come to really grasp the truth here -- that by leaving their biological urges so close to the surface, they are sexually manipulatible by a smart woman. Maybe after their bank account has disappeared into the woman's purse they'll eventually wake up -- but most likely it will only leave them bitter and anti-female, kind of like our Aleksandr here.
It's ok, maturity will eventually strike and the Truth will dawn some day. Women are people too, and in today's computerized, automated society we really don't need bulging pecs to make our fortunes and hire men to carry out our garbage [huge grin]!
Sinda, I don't disagree with most of your post. The problem is, Flawed Diamond has built a mystique around the process of charming immature males into /tipping her their fortunes. Face it, it'snot a difficult task. Most of the underage players ARE subject to raging hormones, and the slightest bit of attention CAN lead them to do unusual things.
What makes Flawed Diamond's instructional guides annoying are the passages that make miliking the underagers sound like a challenge, as if there are techniques that will help you improve your scam. There aren't many. Create a Human or Twilek, give her big boobs and a skimpy outfit, grind your way up to the Exotic dances and you are instantly rich. No detailed "Dance Guide" necessary.
What makes Flawed Diamond annoying is that she thinks that the segment of the male commnunity upon which she is preying is representative of the whole. It isn't. The majority of us pass by the skanks every day, and would rather /tip a nicely attired Dancer performing Lyrical2, or even a Newbie.

I don't think this guide was ever about the money. It started as a guide on giving customers enjoyment through some animated polygons and the use of the written word.
It's a good guide. The only thing I'm going to point out to Flawed, is this: As much as a Dancer 'submits' to her customer, the customer submits to the Dancer. If I'm not in the mood, no amount of emotes or sweet talk is going to make me see the "dance" as anything more than a bunch of program code and a few words on a screen. It's the same in the real world, too. A woman can shake her breasts in my face all she wants, but it's not going to send blood rushing away from my brain.
This was a good topic before it got sidetracked. For shame, all of you... *wags a finger*
I'm in full agreement with Foo007. This guide was well done and sadly derailed by a troll Kinda funny how that troll was all in agreement initially too. And that troll also started the person attacks.. then had the nerve to call someone else an idiot.. and then went on to accuse someone of having issues with the oppsosite sex like they didnt seem to have that same issiue themselves.. *cough*. Sad when folks ruin mature posting and start acting like hypocrites. If you cant say something constructive what say shush instead of trolling? mmkay? Thanks!
This guide wasn't at those that already tip their bank accounts away, or those that would never tip their bank accounts away.
It's the middle ground. The challenging customers that, without special treatment could care less. But with special treatment, and some skill working it, suddenly find their pockets a lot lighter the next day.
This is the person I go after at least.
Lol, the first dancer who makes me "submit" will truly be an awesome dancer.
