it would be more accurate to say that everyone who needs xp got thrown a bone, and that is quite a lot of people.

as far as the duel thing goes its was actually the opposite. bounty hunters spamming duel, and the jedi could not attack back until they accept. of course you cannot offer a duel to anyone who you can currently attack, so this whole point is very 3 months ago.

And quite a few of the Smuggler-folk recently relocated to Starsider So it should be good for them. In fact, I was just saying to a Smuggler the other day how I wish they'd bring back double XP

Giving people double xp when you don't need any isn't screwing you. Kicking you in the teeth while you're on the ground then driving over you with a truck with chains on the tires and dropping you in a pig pen would be screwing you. This is just not giving you anything you want. Like for christmas one year I got a manicure set.

Double XP is just what SOE does now to soothe people when things go wrong, ie a server goes down for a few days and everyone gets double XP on it. They also do it because they're too lazy to think of any cool rewards anymore.

What was Christmas? A wopping 75k. Yeehaw....
