She is getting nothing but the runaround on this. The CSRS tell her that only a DEV can fix her. The Devs tell her a CSR will help her, then the CSR's tell her that only the original CSR can help her. The original CSR that told her only a Dev can help her. The original CSR that told her it was a KNOWN BUG THAT HAPPENED TO SEVERAL OTHER PEOPLE WHO DIED IN THE WARREN ON THAT DAY, and now Jeassa is trying to trouble shoot the matter but saying she can't help either.

You can not troubleshoot the matter. The game has screwed her out of her skills and her playing time and she has not been helped at all or been told she will be compensated for her lost playing time. The CSR basically told her to LIVE WITH IT last night.

How can so many CSR's and DEVS be involved in this and yet she still can't be fixed and she's constantly getting the runaround? Where is the communication being broken here? To this point, other than the 5 or so CSR's, I know that Q, THUNDERHEART, and JEASSA have been involved. That's three people that if anyone here had working on their problem they would feel comfortable in thinking their problem would be solved.

I'm not bagging on those three people, I just think that something here is definitely wrong with the way this matter has been given so much attention yet she is in the same exact spot she was 2 weeks ago with CSR's still telling her she is screwed.

What is going on??

Time to work it like the politicians Devs...your new profession in fact! I'd fix her problems quick if you don't want people to hate you even more. Just reading this thread is sad. I truly hope you are going to refund or expedite this fix for her char and others with her problem. It's just sad...

What a tragedy. This is what customer service is for. A CSR with any self-respect would never let something like this just go on and on.

It's simply astounding that this has yet to be resolved...

Hi KitiraMoonlight, I had this problem a few months ago. I didn't die, I just got booted off the game, when I relogged I couldn't dance, play music, or image design.

I tried getting rid of entertaining (I was only dancing skill of 1 though..) and when I got it back everything seemed to work perfectly. Maybe you should try getting rid of Master and get it again, its worth a try... I hope you're fixed soon!!!

This thread will nto die til the matter is resolved. If it's locked another one will be started. This is unacceptable.

::grins:: Hopefully they'll get her fixed soon. I've been ragging on the devs since I found out about this, especially poor TH. I figure they'll either ban me or get tired of my nagging or try and fix her if its possible. I know their looking into it tho, I'm more just pushing in hopes it won't take them 3 weeks to fix her. May be nothing they can do about the time tho... but just in case I'll keep nagging. ::maniacal laugh::

Thank you Raven.. is how i have felt lately myself.. to keep raging on them in hopes of a resolution.. or try to login one day and they ended up baning me..

at the moment im totaly at loss of words..two SOE ppl have spoken here.. but no more response after there post..

as long as i dont get a csr show up and say patience young padawan or a green short yoda showing up saying fix you i shall while waiting for a csr i will be just fine.. if that happens then i know my case is hopeless..

Have you tried dropping master dancer then relearning it to see if that fixes it? (as long as you have enough AP points to master another skill)

Can you play music at all or image design? Are all of your other entertainerskills working as normal?
