Hrrrrrm.. I think I finished my dance exp with either 3 or 4 boxes of healing left to go, back in august '03.. might even have been more. All the people I levelled with did the same... But I did level in Moenia pretty much exclusively, so maybe it just wasn't high traffic enough.

Dori, I was leveling about the same time and the same server. I spent most of my time in the Theed cantina however. I did cap out my ent healing boxes in Dancer first and had probably 2 of the Dance Technique boxes as the last to finish Master. This was probably around September of 2003. There were still several ATK dancers left, but the AFK levelers were probably making up about half the group especially in the later hours. I remember noticing that more people were AFK'ing and I felt somewhat glad to have Mastered when I did because the ATK crowd was dwindling. Unfortunately I didn't spend as much time in the cantinas immediately afterward because I was pursuing Tailor and was doing a lot of surveying, sampling, and crafting. Theed still seemed to be getting a fair amount of traffic overall, though, so it was still a good place to get healing XP.

It sounds like, though, I should be taking advantage of the current XP gains on some of my ents on other servers...

Dang. I am tempted to quit scout-grinding on my alt and log into my main to test this. I did notice some crazy eh chunks coming in the other day, but there was truly hardly anyone actually in the cantina, so it was just a couple of 500-1000 size chunks. Caught me off guard, but I was tired, it was very very late, and I didn't even think about the patch.

I think I have to agree with Javier. If they say it's normal, it's normal. It just seems...weird. I mean, increased xp is good (most of the time) but the occasional whacked-out 5-digit eh incomes just seemd odd. Not like something we'd expect.

I'm with Javy on this one, it's such a huge change, and there has to be SOMETHING here that isn't working as intended. I was talking to a friend of mine who was mastering dancer. She told me she was getting upward of NINETY THOUSAND xp per tick. She said she filled her remaining four boxes and capped out at 500k within five minutes.

That simply CANNOT be right.

Is there any set of events, which could possibly trigger the monster exp spikes? Have anyone noticed any pattern in it?
The reason I’m asking is because I am “watching” for it and am yet to see it happened to me.
Sure, few random spikes about 1.5K but nothing as you all have happening.

I've noticed no reliably reproducible pattern. But there *seems* to *possibly* be a high coincidence rate associatedwith mind diseases.

Yeah this can't be right. I was on Starsider last night waiting for my girlfriend to log into Bria.(for V-Day ops )While I was there I was messing aboutplaying in Theed. I went through three boxes of the EntertainerHealing linein less than ten minutes. I could not get training fast enough before I was capped again. This, although nice, simply can't be right. I support an increase in our heling exp or a decrease in the requirement, but this is too much of a good thing.

Xyrdre said: "But then the real winner. In three consecutive ticks I was awarded 23,952, 35,072, and 31,232 EH XP"

I know the feeling. This weekend in Theed, Eclipse, we had a visit from a combat medic who mind diseased two customers. We had roughly 22.000 EH per click for 15 minutes. Talk about leveling the EH boxes fast. When the 15 minutes were up, the CM helped us again and the same thing repeated itself.

Whether a bug or not, the EH gain was insane.

Wow. Ok, yes, if this is happening it must be wrong. I, however, have not yet had any of these massive EH experiences. LOL. The experience I'm getting is more like the experience I got when I first started playing the game in July 2003, so it seemed normal and the "right" pace to me.

Who would have ever thought the dancers would be saying "No no devs, it's really TOO much, I'm afraid I must insist on less of this wonderfulness."

I got results like 295-25-25 295-25-25 then again I healed all of their battle fatigue in less than 2 minutes - I really think this is not out of whack because we are healing more in a shortened period of time.
