Okays... here's the latest:
I've selected Flurry as the first server to do one of these. It's where I was when I dreamt up the idea initially, and bounced it off of the dancers at the after-party following Cantinapalooza 3. As all of the responses then were so positive, I think that'll be a good place to launch the tour.
I'll try to schedule these in threes, so there's plenty of leadtime for planning, et. al. Here's mytentative schedule for the next 3 dates then:

I'm PMing the initial volunteer coordinators from these servers now to make specific arrangements, check for schedule conflicts, etc. Once I hear back and get confirmations, I'll start a new thread announcing tour dates, and maintain the calendar in that thread as things progress.

Deila, any chance we could get a heads up on a possible schedule? I'd love to start spreading the word and making the needed prep in game for your arrival (what size do you wear?

Got your PM, will get the ball rolling today. As mentioned, my cantina gets way to much traffic on weekends to hold a private meeting. I expect to have a venue confirmed by this evening & will post the location here so as to accommodate any cross-server guests.
If anyone who doesn't play Chilastra would like to create a character for this (or just to visit), please let me know either by PM here or by /t or gmail to chilastra.esharra or chilastra.carenzi so I can make sure you have everything you need.

The starsider time couldn't be worse for me unfortunatly. I'm getting married on Testcenter (which will probably drag other dancers from SS to TC) exactly 1 hour later. Obviously I plan on being on TC from around the time you quote so can't make it and as I say suspect a number of dancer who'd like to attend also can't make it for the same reason.

Yep... work with Eshie on it. I'm trying to keepmy own PMing needs down and focused to one person per server, usually on a first-spoken for basis. I'm just concerned that if I startPMing multiple people per server, communication flow may fork, and that's not a Good Thing (tm).
Pleeeeeeeaaaase, no one feel slighted if you're not getting the PMs from me directly. Remember that I'm having to keep track of all interested servers as it is, and that's a lot to coordinate at my end already. I thought by going with the first one who spoke up per server, it'd be the most impartial way to narrow the focus for communication.
