i havebeen lucky enough lately to be in there odd hours when she isn't there (i'm pretty sure i know who you mean too 
) but i can't think of a night i've been in there that someone hasn't shot at it atleast once. And anyone who spends time in Theed Cantina on Tarq knows that we usually have a no fighting in the cantina rule - so the fact that that dang commoner was placed there is so counterproductive to the atmosphere the theed regulars have tried to create. I really hope someone on high is reading this!
and yes - i agree it does seem very unbalanced that it is THAT easy to get the loot and xp. really lame
Dancer / Fencer / Songstress I thought that thismeant that spawns would not be inside walls... which makes it impossible to interact with them in any way at all... can't talk to the ones you are supposed to talk to, can't attack ones that you are supposed to attack (unless they agro on you

although watching the dancer we discussed earlier get attacked by the commoner 3 times in a row the other night was rather amuzing, I am still quite pleased it is now GONE!! 
now if those n00bs with the /clap for their guild mate macros will leave Theed we'll be all set! LOL
