I think that it would be fun with diffrent names actually. So the people in the city can choose themselfs if they want a redlight district or a entertainment area. That would make it possible for diffrent kind of atmosphere in diffrent cities. Like in a slumcity there would be an redlight district, but in a "finer" town you would call it an entertainment area. Or something..
