The problem is now that with healing XP slooow and cantina's often quiet it's difficult to entirely enjoy Dancing because socialising is slooow. I can totally understand why people AFK at the moment because you can LITERALLY go for hours without a single drop of EH XP. Fortunatly with the token respec we can work round the problem by levelling the dance lines twice BUT even then it's frustrating and slow. On busy servers it's not too bad but on the quiet ones it's horrendous ( in an experiment on bria I managed to if anything just get to EH IV before dancing IV but I hit 2242 dancing (was actually 2x42 as I was levelling the BF line first - but I trained up to 2242 then respecced to 0414 then trained to 0424).
OTOH on a quiet server EH XP is terrible. I'm 0022 on another char but some of that EH XP is down to me killing an alt repeatadly in space and healing off 1K BF or I'd be barely 0012. I've seen probably 300 EH XP in the last hour.

just currious about the jedi wound healing. what is the XP investment for the ability to make 1500 heals and minimal wound healing and how does that translate to doctor's SP?
I know for the damage heals you only need 1 line of the jedi healing tree and wounds come in the second box of another tree. I don't count the process of unlock in the question because, to me, that's content not grind. The question is once the Jedi is unlocked is the grind to really poor, slow healing that results in massive generation of agro and greatly reduces your offensive similar to the grind to the larger, faster, no agro healing that jedi have available to them? Similar questions could be asked about the time investment to heal bf at the master dancer/master musician/master ent level vs the instant bf healing that a jedi can produce.
I don't know the answer to the question. It could be that the month or so that it takes to get the eh healing xp for the entertainment proffessions is similar to the grind that a jedi would have to do to get MUCH MORE EFFICIENT healing but the rate I'm seeing the jedi in my guild progress suggests that it's not at all equal.
