I haven't worn anything but the skirts since they came out. I've been waiting for these slave skirts for a very long time, being a tailor AND a twi'lek who was once a slave. I don't wear them because they're new and cool and everyone has one and I have to be like all the cool kids. I wear them because I think they're pretty, even with all the clipping and superglue issues.
I'm not a sheep. Never have been.
That's the way I feel about the hooded cloaks. Well, not necessarily because they're "pretty." But, I have desperately wanted, as a male, to wear a hooded cloak since the game launched. And, especially because females had a hooded cloak (I forget what they're called), I was insanely jealous.

True, the cloaks don't have the "clipping" issue the skirts do. But, I wear my cloak a fair amount of time. Not because it's new, and not because it's cool, but because I've *always* wanted one, and think it fits very much with what Drygo would go around wearing when he's not out performing.
It's called the Grand Healer's Robe
And as far as I'm concerned, clothing is optional for my male (not thathe doesn't manage to find stuff toput on!). . . . /wink Roho

I am still jealous of the Grand Healer's Robe. It displays the lekku on a twi'lek despite the hood being up. The Hooded Cloak on the other hand, conceals the lekku entirely, leaving me as an orange faced human. How can anyproponent of lekku envy go around lekku-less?
I think I would like to have an option of both. For example, if I have my lekku back, it should be hidden. If I have one or more lekku out front, it would be nice if they show them as you're wearing them. One of the things I didn't like about many of the "hats," like armor and such, is it made you have to wear your lekku a certain way.
I have to admit, though, I like the lekku being hidden because of the fact that it is the only type of hat/hood where you get that option. One interesting thing I really like though, is that the hoods are different on twi'leks than on other species. The twi'lek hood is wider, so an observant person will obviously know that the hood is covering lekku. Whereas, the same robe that is being worn by a human will have a thinner "head." I like it...it's a nice little piece of realistic continuity.

Lets see, what the Hutt-Casino brings us... (Hope..Hope..Hope)
Now, with everyone running around with them, I've put them away into storage. It's just SO pre-JTL
Lately my most favorite outfit has been the Quilted Pants and Low-Cut Top.
