To be completely honest, the dance was prolly programmed by somone who's only seen 'media' breakdancing.
I grew up for the most part in inner cities with my father on the road (he was a musician), so yah you and me know the difference, but you really can't blame a programmer for not knowing.
Though they should have done the research.
Either way, name aside you gotta admit the breakdance dance is still a pretty good addition to the dancer's repetoire!

lol...I don't know why...this show seems really dumb to me, but every time I turn it on, I can NOT stop watching. I always liked watching people dancing. I suppose that's part of why I can just sit all day watching my toon dance. haha
Sometimes in the Cantinas, I'll say something like "Dance 3 6 0" and nobody responds so I assume nobody's heard of it. Glad somebody knows what I'm talking about. /hi 5
I even thought about doing a Dance 360 contest on Kett. They could win 360 credits, yo. And, ya know, with the new starwars4 and breakdance my wildest dreams can come true. LOL

Same reason I can't stop watching it, I love watching the dances and all. Interesting concept there, hosting a Dance 360 on the server. Might be something to think about doing on Bria, as well. Hm.
But yeah. I was so excited that we were getting breakdancing and could have B-Boys and everything...and we get this. :/ Ah well. It's a step in the right direction at least!
