there are those of us out there who like hip-hop and the funkstyle dancing that's been a part of it for the last 3 decades. if it's not your flavor, fine but you sound retarded dissing it like you do. I know MANY people here in LA who make a living teaching B-Boying, popping and old school locking and no matter where you look, it's **edit** near impossible to find a choreagraphed modern dance routine without poplock moves in it. If you think poplock begins and ends w/ Michael Jackson, you might as well say Shakira invented the tango coz that's how stupid you sound

You aren't *forced* to do it, I skipped it very happily -- maybe took an extra hour of dancing but who cares. In a larger group the experience difference was really negligible -- it was less than the natural variation due to players having to stop and rest. If you are dancing alone it might matter more.
I would most definately love to see more visually interesting dances replace those that very few people find appealing.
I also wish that skill gain didn't depend nearly so much on which dance you did so that we could dance whatever dance we wanted to like musicans can play lower songs.
I agree with the poster who said they should add LIQUID as a dance type, that would be completely awesome,I personally jsut got Novice Dancer and Poplock with it. Bust otu the striped pants, sneakers and tight shirt and start Poppin'. Finally a type of dance that you dont need to be all fancy or slutty while doing, no dresses or fleshwraps, jsut plain old clothes and poppin n lights hehe.
On a side note i Think Wookies should get 2 forms of music to accompany the other stuff at master level musician.... Beat-Box and Body-Music hehe And c'mon devs add SPOONS as a musical instrument LOL
Ok Ok getting serious, I Know my fiancee would love for his Smuggler/entertainer to be able to play the low level stuff (as his template doesnt leave many points) with a HARMONICA! The musical instrument of the down and out everywhere. Simple to use, years to master. How about electric guitar? or Synthesizer?

No, you're correct. Most of the dances only use 4 flourishes (1-4). The 5-8 flourishes are placeholders left over frombasic, I think.
